Who needs a car? Right across the river from downtown Glenwood Springs. Bike rentals, kayaking, rafting all a block away. GWS Adventure park 2 blocks, Hot Springs pool 2 blocks, new Iron Hot Springs, 5 blocks away. Train station right across the pedestrian bridge; approx 3 blocks away. Jump in the river practically out the front door! Bike path runs for miles! Bring your flyrod; lets go fishing! My house is on a very quiet street but so close to town you can walk everywhere. There are lots of fun things to do near by. The house itself lends itself to comfort and has a 'laid back' vibe. The house is ideal for a family of 4 or two couples traveling together. Master bedroom has king size bed and guest room has a queen size bed. BL#008849,#18-060

Why Whitney Linman chose Glenwood Springs
This house is the definition of comfortable! I like to be comfortable so of course I think everyone else does too! The house has a 'laid back' vibe and is filled with happy colors and things that I love. I hope you do too!!
What makes this House unique
This house is within walking distance to everything wonderful Glenwood has to offer. You are 2 blocks from the River; just across the pedestrian bridge from downtown where you can shop and eat at all the wonderful restaurants. One block over you can rent bikes, kayaks or book a rafting trip. To the west 2 blocks is the GWS Adventure park where you can take the gondola up the mountain and go caving or ride the rides or just enjoy the view and have lunch or dinner! You don't need a car to go anywhere!

We had a great time staying at this lovely home. We had our little 12lb Cavalier King Charles spaniel with us, and he was too small to go up the hill to go potty in the back yard, so we had to take him out front. We also had our 8 year old twin grandkids with us, and we worried about all the knick knacks that were in the house! It all worked out very well, and we will go back again next time we are in Glenwood!
Very cute place! Only problem was a stopped up toilet but the manager came over within the hour and had it fixed.
Southwestern feel-very comfortable and homey. Loved the bright colors and the patio
We had a great time here. Loved the little touches and the owners were very responsive to any concerns that we had. We hope to be able to return .
Cute house in the heart of Glenwood
Cute little house with everything you need and in a great location. We lovex the very colorful and unique decor. It was a hot weekend and the house does not have AC. They have two portable cooling units you pour water into, but they didn't cool it down very well and made it feel really humid inside. The smaller of the two units made a squeaking noise and spit water out the front, so couldn't sleep with it on. The only other comment I would say is the back and side patio was in great need of sweeping and cleaning up. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, the hot springs and downtown. A couple blocks away was a good Mexican restaurant and also a dog friendly place called Glenwood Springs Brew Garden with great food truck options and lots of outdoor seating. Overall, we really enjoyed it.
Convenient Location And Filled With Charm
Lovely home in the middle of everything, yet peaceful and quiet. Loved the space and comfortable "at home" atmosphere. I found it a little challenging to cook in the space, only because there was no dishwasher and everything had to be cleaned by hand. Not a huge hardship considering what a great space it was. Will definitely be back!
Lovely and cozy property close to everything!
Myself, my husband and two dogs had a wonderful experience staying here! It was a great property within walking distance to everything, and even had a wonderful yard for the dogs. We definitely hope to return; it was a great little getaway from our busy lives in Denver.

Children are not allowed to play on top of retaining wall as it is quite high and can erode with foot traffic. We love pets, but two dogs maximum are allowed. Please do not leave dogs home alone ALL DAY- barking dogs are a nuisance for our neighbors. We are in wonderful walking distance from downtown, the historic pool, the new Iron Hot Springs, and the base of the caverns. The neighbor hood is centrally located, but very quietly tucked against the mountains. The backyard is fenced and there is a cozy BBQ area to enjoy on the patio. Owner is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property.
