Welcome to the Austin Railyard! Property is licensed for short term rental as required by the City of Austin. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Gated complex in the heart of downtown and next door to the Austin Convention Center. It's walking distance to 100+ downtown restaurants/bars, Congress Avenue, Second street district, Warehouse district, Downtown 6th, newest Rainey Street area, and Lady Bird Lake.

A longer walk or short cab ride away is the Whole Foods headquarter store with many made to order food bars! Cross the bridge for access to South Congress Avenue's funky and trendy shopping and many original Austin eats! Easy access to Zilker Park, Barton Springs area, Auditorium Shores, and new areas on the East Side!!

Sound reducing windows added throughout.

Secure wireless internet (50 Mbps). Not shared with other units and ethernet access

This condo accommodate 6 adults and is fully furnished. Central AC, washer/dryer, and flat screen with 75+ channels.

No car is needed if you want a pedestrian friendly opportunity! But if you rent a car, then complimentary secured/gated parking is available on site.

CapMetro Airport Flyer runs every 30 min to/from Austin-Bergstrom Airport and Condo for only $1.75. Condo also walking distance to the MetroRail and Austin B-cycle rental program.

Property has a professional property manager and sound reducing windows added to all bedrooms.

Please - No Smokers and Wild parties - do not book if you cannot adhere to no loud parties/noise, especially in the common outdoor areas.

No Pets

The unit may not be leased for a party. It's a great home and home base for people wishing to visit Austin and stay downtown. Walk across the street to one of the bars for time to be loud and crazy.

About The Owner

My wife and I lived in this unit for 4+ years. We moved as we need a bigger place and my wife wanted a yard. While downtown, we enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants, nightlife, going to festivals like SXSW, ACL, Pecan Street, to name a few. We spent a lot of time on the lake doing dragonboating (think canoe with 20 paddlers) and running on the trails. Recently we've enjoyed the new areas of Rainey, new restaurants on the East Side, and being here for the many smaller festivals they have downtown.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2006

Excellent stay and location!

Beautiful and comfortable condo right in the heart of it all. We loved our stay in this very comfortable three bedroom condo. Three of us ladies stayed there and enjoyed all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this beautiful home and the location was superb! We also enjoyed several of the local restaurants within walking distance. we had to contact the property manager and we had immediate response to our needs. We are very happy overall with our visit.

Great location - comfortable & clean

This was a fantastic place to stay while attending a meeting at the Convention Center, which is right across the street. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The living area is small but comfortable with a large TV and reclining couch. The wifi was consistent and fast enough. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. And this may seem minor, but there were plugs everywhere which was so convenient for keeping all our gadgets charged. We would definitely book again.

Clean, comfortable and central to everything!

Can't beat this place. Great location. We walked to the movies, dinner, and entertainment on 6th street. The reservation and check-in/out process was so easy. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions about the reservation and apartment. We had plenty of extra pillows, blankets and essentials like coffee and anything we needed to cook a few meals in the kitchen. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone!

Central Location, Easy in and out, clean and roomy place to stay.

We were a family of 6 + a baby and we had lots of room and were very comfortable the whole trip! The place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Very clean with normal amenities. The hosts and property manager were very responsive and helpful if we needed anything. FYI there is not much natural light and its in the middle of downtown so you get a lot of outside foot traffic on all sides of the condo. This didn't bother us, and we had no trouble with noise even with a sleeping baby. One other tip/critique...there is no drinking water within the condo (aside from the tap). So be sure to bring your own water bottles or go grocery shopping when you arrive! Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this location and condo!
