Unit is located on the 3rd floor, high enough to have an amazing view, but low enough that height is not an issue. Amazing view of the ocean from inside and out on the balcony.

This Condo is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. The only thing that separates Bluewater and the beach is the outdoor pool area. No roads to cross or traffic to dodge. You are literally steps away from the ocean.

Unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths:

Master bedroom has King size bed and private full bath

2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed

3rd bedroom has (1) Queen and (1) Full/Double bed

2nd and 3rd bedroom share a full size bathroom. Sleeping arrangements are perfect for 8 adults.

50 inch Vizio HD Internet Ready Smart TV in the Living Room, as well as a Blu-ray player. Ready for Netflix! Flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms.

Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs during your stay.

Full size Washer and Dryer are also located inside this unit.

Balcony is huge and has access from the living room as well as the master bedroom.

Condo also has some extras including a pack'n play, a small booster/high chair for the little ones and children's bed rail. We also provide box fans in each bedroom, for those who like to sleep with a fan running. On the balcony there are sand toys, buckets, shovels etc., along with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Condo is in a low density building, fighting for beach space or pool space is never an issue, where it could be with some of the larger complexes. Don't spend your vacation waiting on an elevator at some of the high rise buildings.

Please be aware that we only accept credit card payments by increasing the total cost 2.5% to cover the processing fee. We accept paper check, and e-checks at no additional cost.

Why Matt Lovell chose Alabama

We immediately fell in love with this particular condo because of the view. This 3rd floor unit is perfect. Words can not even begin to describe the view from both inside the unit looking out or relaxing on the balcony. Don't spend your vacation waiting for an elevator in one of the high rise buildings. It's just not worth it.

What makes this condo unique

Sand Dollars - We found over 300 sand dollars on our beach in April 2014, ranging from a pencil eraser to a half dollar in size. Shell collecting for the children, as well as the children at heart, is excellent.

Very convenient location: Condo is directly across the street from Surfstyle and Alvin's Island gift shops, and only .3 miles, from Wal-Mart, Dollar Store and many other shops and restaurants. 5.6 miles to the heart of Gulf Shores, and only 13.5 miles away from Tanger Outlet Mall and Lambert's Café 'Home of the Throwed Rolls' in Foley, AL.

Can't say enough great things about this place!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location to enjoy the beach as well as other tourist destinations in the area. Matt (condo owner) provided tons of information prior to our stay and was responsive to all inquiries - even texted to be sure we arrived safely and had what we needed. The beach access was easy and the pools were large enough to accommodate all swimmers and tanners. Located just minutes from Gulf Shores and Pensacola with an abundance of local food and attractions including historical forts, Gulf State Park, Aviation Museum, fishing spots, nature trails, and so much more, I'd recommend this condo to any family or small group of friends. Book your vacation here today, you won't regret it!

Calgon took me away!! :-)

Let me just say that we will be back!! I was so impressed with not only the condo but the owners! The condo had so many amenities that allowed me to leave things at home and enjoy more room in my van on the long drive down! There were five or more beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc!! Also, we are all fan sleepers, and we found out all of the rooms had box fans!! YES!!! There was plenty of room, every utensil or appliance we could ask for and the balcony was so spacious. Having the indoor and outdoor pool was so convienent for the little ones who had had enough of the salt water or still wanted to swim if it rained.

There is a Walmart Market less than a half mile away and a dollar general across the street from the condo. So anything we needed was within walking distance.

Awesome location, awesome condo, awesome owners! Stay here! You won't regret it!

Perfect condo for a family

The condo had everything we needed to make our stay more than comfortable. The amenities that are provided are kid friendly and saved a ton of packing on our end (i.e., sand toys and chairs, pack n play). It was extremely clean and we loved the updates. The owner was fantastic about communicating us. We definitely recommend this condo unit!

Excellent Condo with Updates and a Great View!

Plenty of room for 6-8 guests. Wi-Fi throughout which is great with the Smart TV in the living room. Balcony is spacious and offers plenty of privacy with excellent views of pool and beach. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and tiled shower in the Master Bath. We loved the condo and definitely will be returning for future vacations.

Fantastic

Overall it was great! The weather didn't cooperate much, but the overall experience of the property made up for that. We were able to utilize the indoor pool as well as the outdoor pool to compensate. The deck and outside furnishings were also nice and had a nice view of the storm system moving onto the beach. The owner was also quick to respond with a few questions we had as well.
