About the property

The beach, 5th Avenue South, 3rd Street and the world famous Naples Pier are the most popular attractions in Olde Naples.

Our condo is at the epicenter of all of those features.

Once you find your way to the Fifth Avenue Beach Club, you do not even need a car.

The condo is located right on 5th Avenue South and only 1-1/2 blocks from the beach.

The sunsets are without parallel.

Easy walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants on both 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street as well as the pier (where you can see dolphins swimming idly by while fishermen cast their lines from several stories above the water’s surface).

Also close by are Cambier Park, the von Liebig Art Center and the Collier County Public Library (which extends borrowing privileges for books, videos and CDs to visitors for a small fee).

Wynn’s is a grocery store that you will not want to miss (and they deliver!).

Our condo is fully-equipped and has been revamped since we purchased and is regularly refreshed with new bedding, beach towels and decorative touches.

It is bright and airy with too many extras to list!

Free nationwide calling (US and Canada), wireless Internet access and Netflix are included.

We are confident that you will enjoy our little place in the sun every bit as much as its location.

We have rented many great properties thru VRBO and have strived to “borrow” the very best features from those sites for our Naples and Hawaii condos.

We like to be pampered and hope that you will feel that way after your visit.

Why John Scriver chose Old Naples

We vacationed in Naples for the first time in 2012 and fell in love with Southwest Florida (particularly, Olde Naples). When we found this place right on 5th Avenue South, within easy walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants on both 5th Avenue South and Third Street and less than a 2 minute walk from the beach we knew that we ***had*** to have it. We bought it sight unseen and closed within 3 weeks of finding the listing

What makes this condo unique

We walked by FABC many times during our 2012 vacation while on our way to the beach. We thought that it was a private club (it has that look) but is very inviting and comfortable

Firstly and most importantly, your place is a delight. It presents itself very well, and it provided us with everything which we needed. While we are away, my habit is to get up early and work (typically online). With the benefit of the router, I was able to do so easily from the kitchen table. M frequently slept in and thereafter went for a walk or jumped in the pool to do her exercise ritual. The location is fantastic. We loved it.

..... thank you very much for: (i) providing us with a lovely spot in a lovely place to which we were able to get away for a nice break; and (ii) your concern about and attention to our experience there. You are incredibly gracious hosts, and you are very proud of your property. Both enabled us to enjoy ourselves completely while we were there.

Third great stay

Third year running we have stayed at this condo. We visit Naples evey October and this really is about the best location in the area. The condo is great for a couple. Kitchen well stocked , loads of bedding and towels. Very comfortable living whilst away from home. Enjoy the location and the condo. Would recommend to any couple.

Loved our time there. Stayed for a week. central location close to shops, restaurants with the beach one block away. John was very helpful. Condo was perfect. I hope to return again.

Fantastic condo, Perfect location

The condo is perfectly sized for 2 people. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat all of our breakfasts, lunches and even a few dinners in. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The living room had very comfy furniture, including an ottoman (I love putting my feet up!) . The unit it on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building, and the only neighbors that abut are downstairs. Although parking places are not assigned, there were always open spots and parking was not an issue.

The most amazing thing about staying at the 5th Avenue South Beach Club is the location. It is a short 1.5 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. We loved being able to walk to dinner. I was at the beach almost every evening for sunset – because it was so close and I didn’t have to drive.

A couple of small, but convenient aspects to this condo included a wireless printer, which I used to print out some tickets and it had a keyless entry system, which I like so I don’t have to worry about another key to keep track of – especially when you go to the beach. These are small, but nice extras. It was also nice that John, the owner, contacted us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok.

Another great stay

Second year running we have stayed in this condo for two weeks. Yet another great stay and we will be back next year. The condo is about 150 yards from the beach and 150 yards from the main part of 5th Ave, but very quiet and peaceful. The condo has all amenities you need for your stay. Kitchen well stocked with various utensils.Large TV with numerous channels, comfy leather sofa and chair. It really is a home from home and so relaxing.ideal for couples

Wonderful and Convenient Location in Old Naples

Pleasantly surprised as how comfortable and well appointed this condo was. Sparkling clean when we got there. Everything you need for the beach, which is 2 blocks away, is provided. Wonderful luxury robes to wear to pool or after a shower. Well equipped kitchen for cooking at home. Great WiFi and 2 flat screen TV;s.

Walk a few blocks into town and enjoy many restaurants. Enjoy a cup of coffee on Fifth Ave and people watch. Stop by Kilwins for some wonderful fudge or a scoop or two of ice cream. It is all there close and convenient.

Take a walk on the beach to the newly rehabbed Naples Pier to watch dolphins and pelicans. Sunsets were fantastic.

John you were so kind and accommodating for us to stay at your place. We look forward to staying again !!
