This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo called the Banyan Moon is in the Waikiki Banyan Condotel and has a rare garden courtyard view. The Waikiki Banyan is one of the most desirable hotels in Waikiki because of its outstanding location to Waikiki and Kuhio Beaches, 1 1/2 blocks away. This unit is offered as a vacation rental for the first time. Newly renovated with decor that represents a fusion of contemporary and carefully selected vintage Asian accessories, it is a most pleasing environment. It is both serene and exciting at the same time, encompassing a Pacific-Euro sensibility. The owners' love of travel, design, and culture are evident in their style of decor.
The unit has all new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a Corian countertop, newly renovated bathroom with all new fixtures, new contemporary tile floor throughout unit and lanai, and is newly painted. Artwork including original works enhance the the surroundings.

This is my second time staying 9 days in June at this beautiful condo. I just love everything about it: the stylish furnishings, art, convenience, location to beach, parking and ease of getting in and out. Dolly is wonderful to work with and very clear and kind in her messages. Also, don't underestimate not only the free parking, but the ease of parking and loading/unloading - who wants to spend their vacation waiting and paying for valet daily?! I parked close to elevator every time and it was literally a couple minutes to unload a vehicle and have everything in the condo. There is no way I would stay anywhere else! Love it!
Banyan Moon is a beautiful condo and is obviously well maintained. We had a little glitch with the wireless for the first week, but the owners did all they could to get it working again. In the meantime, they offered to reimburse us for any internet service we had to pay for. We loved our view, overlooking the lovely picnic areas, tennis courts, pool, etc. Unfortunately, we never had a chance to enjoy any of these fine amenities. The owners left lots of information in the condo, which proved to be quite helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
For one, the location is perfect. I had to work during portions of my stay requiring me to take the car. My wife, daughter and mother in law were able to walk to shopping, beaches the zoo, etc. plenty of public transportation available too. The condo is just one floor above the pool/hot tub recreation area and offered a nice view and convenience to the amenities. The condo itself was awesome, nicely decorated, comfortable and fully outfitted with whatever you may need... Snorkel gear, inflatables and chairs for the beach, kitchen equipment, the list goes on and on. Quiet too. Oh, and you get a pass for the parking garage. It was absolutely phenomenal to always have a convenient parking spot ready. Would definitely recommend this condo!
Love, love, love this condo! Dolly has created a beautiful place and her service is wonderful! The condo looks just as the pictures and reviews describe. It is comfortable, trendy and has everything you could want. For those wanting access to Waikiki and the shops and restaurants, you are less than3-5 mins walk to the beach. The parking was so easy and it is so nice not to wait for valet and pay huge parking fees (free) - all the parking is indoor and connected by elevator to the rooms. Such a nice bonus! Overall, this place is a gem!!!!
Forget Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel,Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort when you have Waikiki Banyan owned by Dolly and David Langen.The Apt is on Tower 2 overlooking the 6th floor ,Recreation Area which has more facilities than one can handle in a day.The Condo is well looked after and very clean with all the necessary needs to make the stay there very comfortable.The location is so central that one can either walk to the Beach,Zoo,Aquarium Diamond Head.For those lazy like me ,sunset watch is just 2 blocks away and for the religious there is a Church to renew one's Spirituality or rest one's tired feet.Kids or Seniors like us will love the atmosphere and the convenience of the location.David was there in the morning to greet us and he assured us that if there was anything that we required he would oblige.I was quite tempted to ask him to come back to tug us to bed that night! OAHU REVEALED the ultimate Guide to Honolulu 4th Edition By Andrew Doughty rate BANYAN MOON "Good Price"(page 49) and they are absolutely correct. We will definitely be back to this wonderful Apartment of the Langens.
My Husband and I spent a wonderful 10 days soaking up the sun and warmth of Hawaii as we escaped the rain from BC Canada. The Condo was so well situated in Waikiki. We intended to rent a car and travel around the Island but we were within walking distance of the beach, the Zoo, Aquarium and Diamond Head. We walked and enjoyed the beach as well as the recreational facilities at the Condo. We enjoyed the Pool and BBQ as well as eating out at local restaurants. Hopefully we can stay in this well equipped Condo in the future.

Located 1 1/2 blocks from famous Waikiki Beach and Prince Kuhio Beach (best surfing in Waikiki at Queens). Surfing lessons available in front of Duke's statue. Calm sandy beaches for children. Free sunset Hula shows and Hawaiian entertainment near the Banyan Tree located at the beach nearby. Lots of interesting shops, boutiques and high fashion European designer stores, as well loads of restaurants ranging from world class dining to affordable small restaurants to plate lunches and fast food within easy walking distances. Enjoy Kapiolani park 2 blocks away, zoo and aquarium. Hike Diamond Head. You are right at the edge of beaches, Waikiki action and nightlife a block away, though we are located in a serene garden view courtyard of our building. We overlook the trees of our condo BBQ area. It is quiet for most of the day. Late afternoons BBQs below may be popular. Our condo amenities on the 6th floor include a large pool, 2 jacuzzi,tennis and basketball courts, putting green, children's play gym, sauna, BBQ grill and picnic area and a small take out restaurant. The impressive lobby is an expansive, airy, open space with gorgeous natural carved wood with amazing huge original paintings of Diamond Head and Waikiki of yesteryear. An exciting waterfall with colorful Koi fish graces the lobby. There is a small convenience store and a coffee and sandwich shop with internet on the first floor. The building is well maintained. We provide free parking and free high speed wi-fi in our unit.

Our unit is privately owned and managed by us. Hotel concierge, front desk and poolside towels are not part of what we provide. There is no daily maid service. 2 coin operated washers and 2 dryers on this floor. Beach towels provided in unit.

Guest pays paypal fees, which is approximately 3% if you live in the US and approximately 4% if you live outside the US.
To reserve, 50% is required at the time of reserving. The remaining 50% plus the refundable damage deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival.
