Everything went well. Only a short drive to the beach. Great shopping centers. But, one thing that I did not care for were the parking arrangement. My group consisted of 10 people from traveling from 3 states. We had 3 cars but was only allowed 2 parking spaces even though there was a garage that was off limits. So if you have more than 2 vehicles you are out of luck. No parking garage nearby. But overall, we enjoyed the Townhouse.

Wonderful convenient location, only wish it was slightly closer to the beach access. This property is a half mile walk to the beach, but the home, pool and neighborhood are quiet and lovely!

Good location plenty of room for the 10 of us. If we go back to Destin we will book this townhouse again if its available.

Nice place, service isn’t great
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The place is nice, great location. Family-friendly, quiet, close to restaurants/shopping. Community pool was clean, plenty of seating. You can see it from the balcony, which is perfect for any weather (we had torrential rains but stayed dry). A cute little cat from next door came to visit a few times but may have peed on one of the cushions? Not sure where the yellow liquid came from one day!?!? It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Kind of a hike, but the owners were kind enough to leave a beach wagon and 2 backpack-chairs which were a lifesaver! The condo is well-equipped with kitchen stuff. Real glass wine/champagne glasses, lots of dishes. We had nearly everything we needed except a non-stick pan, which we bought for $9. No big deal. The dishwasher did not get the dishes clean the first 2 times we ran it and we had to hand-wash all the dishes because they had cloudy residue and food left on them. We bought good detergent and ran it on the hottest setting, which helped. But it also sometimes started running on its own! And the cycle takes 3 hours. The condo has starter kits of TP, paper towel, hand/shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Tons of towels. Washer and dryer work great. There are TVs in all the rooms, but we had some trouble getting them to work. The living room remote needed new batteries. Never got the TV in the bunk room to work but we didn’t care because we weren’t there to watch TV. Now for a couple complaints that gave us a rocky start to our trip. The unit was ready for check in a little after 1:00, which was great! Except they texted us the wrong code and we couldn’t get in for half an hour in the 50 degree rain, on the phone with customer service because the local office was closed. They gave us multiple codes until finally one worked. Frustrating because it was pouring by the time we could unpack. The trundle mattress is HORRIBLE. You can feel the coils. Bring an air mattress. The toilet downstairs was clogged from previous renters. I had to call 2x for maintenance. He snaked out a bar of soap(!) and left a big poopy mess. Said “sanitation” would be there shortly to clean up. Nope. They NEVER came, even after I called irate that we were unable to use that bathroom for 30 hours until I bought bleach and cleaned it myself. I was livid. It was disgusting. Customer service sucked. Otherwise, the place was great!
Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We are very sorry that you experienced any inconveniences during your stay with us. We take pride in our customer service levels, and it sounds like we fell short of expectations. We first would like to address the door. We apologize that the lock was giving you trouble, but we are pleased you were still able to check in over two hours early. Check in typically begins after 4pm, and this is standard amongst other companies in the area. Regarding the toilet, we wish our response time could have been better. However, maintenance did come out by 4pm on the day it was reported to us. The maintenance technician who unclogged your toilet did clean up any water that may have spilled, but housekeeping was needed to further sanitize. We understand housekeeping did arrive around 8pm to further clean, but it’s our understanding you had already taken care of it before they arrived. Unfortunately their response time was impacted by Spring Break occupancy levels. We are pleased that they exchanged the towels in the townhome for you though. Guest feedback is very important to us, so we will ensure all other items mentioned are addressed to better future guest experiences.

Very nice house...
Location was very convenient! It accommodated all of our needs.. The only problem we had an issue with is the water doesn’t stay hot after the second person shower.. Other than that everything else was perfect...
