Pretty 3 bedroom elevated house with a solar heated pool at 123 Hammock Road in Anna Maria which is only 2 short blocks to the beach and easily walkable in 6 minutes. The house has a king size with bathroom, queen, twin, family bathroom, laundry, open plan living/kitchen/dining, outdoor screened dining, cable, wireless internet, telephone, BBQ grill and solar heated private pool. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, carts, parasol, towels and a cooler provided.

Fantastic visit!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was well-decorated and had everything we needed, both while inside and at the beach. The location was convenient to Pine and the beach while also feeling secluded from traffic. Valerie was very helpful with any questions. Would definitely visit again.

Home away from home

This house has everything needed to be comfy like home; just bring your own food. This is such a great location that a car is not really necessary. Richard & Val are so helpful and accommodating. This was our first experience and will not be the last.

Great vacation again this year!

This was our eighth time staying at 123 Hammock and, as always, Val was very attentive to our needs. The kitchen and bathroom renovations and new furniture were great and we know that Val will continue to make improvements to this property. The location of this house in a quiet neighbourhood is perfect for what we enjoy....walking to the beaches and access to great restaurants and shops. Ken and Barb (Ontario, Canada)

Loved it

Can not be happier with Valerie and 123 Hammock Rd. The pool is great and the house could not be any better, The location is the best.. dead end street and close to pine ave. Valerie checked up on us to see all was well, The beach cart and chairs were great.. all you need to go to the beach which was only 2 blocks away..we are going back next year

Quiet get away on AMI

We had a wonderful week in AMI. The home is located just north of Pine in a quite residential neighbourhood. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the screened porch. The home is well furnished and well equipped. We had some reservations about the pool - it looked a little small in the photos but in fact it's perfect and well positioned to receive hours of sunshine.

Valerie the home owner is a delightful woman and a pleasure to deal with. We generally stay in Holmes Beach but would welcome a return visit to Valerie's vacation home.

Great location !

Walk anywhere you need to go. So close to Pine St and the gulf side of the island. A perfect home with a pool and all the stuff you need to enjoy your stay. My wife said the house was nicely appointed (whatever that means). Lots to do on Anna Maria and surrounding area.
