Our fully equipped 4-bedroom seaside villa, is situated on Kings Field at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on arguably one of the best sites on the development, the villa has every amenity to make your stay enjoyable. It is clean, light and modern, furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is 5 minutes walk to the harbour and beach and only a par 3 from the 18 hole links golf course. At the harbour you can book your boat trip to the world famous Farne Islands, where, depending on the time of year you can see up close the bird life and the grey seals. Also taking in the Longstone Lighthouse where Grace Darling and her father performed their immortalised rescue from the Forfarshire.

There is a Co-op supermarket, restaurants, shops, pubs and hairdressers, all just a short walk away. The villa also has the benefit of full central heating.

Whether you have been out beachcombing, walking, cycling or visiting the nearby castles and stately homes. This is the place you will want to return to for relaxation, or getting ready to enjoy the excellent nearby cuisine and interesting character pubs.

Superb Large Garden Lounge. Read and relax with quality board games or watch 32” TV. There is a PlayStation 3 with games, this can also play DVD's, Blue-Ray & has Wi-Fi internet connection.

Dining room. Seating for 6

Kitchen. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, TV/DVD.

Breakfast area. Seats 4

Large Utility Room. Links to Lounge & Garage, Large capacity Washer and Large capacity Dryer, Belfast Sink, lots of storage, even has a wall mounted T.V./DVD. Door to Garden.

Why Tom Steanson chose England

Location, Location...All the village facilities within a short walk. With our previous experience of owning a holiday rental abroad, we wished to provide the amenities and comfort required by our guests to make their holiday most enjoyable. We wanted a modern, clean, light and spacious property. With ample room to cater for up to 8 guests. There is garaging for 1 car with additional garage space for bikes, surfboards etc. and additional private parking spaces for 2 cars. So no parking problems to worry about. Access into Villa from Garage through Utility Room.

What makes this house unique

The villa has all the home comforts, a large comfortable lounge with 46' wall mounted T.V. with Blue-ray?DVD + smart box. A superb large, light and airy garden lounge with 32' T.V. and playstation 3 which can also play your Blue-ray/DVD's and link to internet with wi-fi. The modern kitchen has all the mod cons, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, T.V./DVD and microwave. You can even set the coffee maker to wake you up with the fresh coffee aroma.

The bedrooms all have LCD wall mounted T.V./DVD's. The master also has en-suite facilities.

After settling into our luxury villa, you can then enjoy a short walk to the harbour and view the Farne islands and Bamburgh Castle. Bamburgh is 2 miles and Beadnell with it's west facing harbor and wonderful sand dunes is also only 2 miles. Holy Island (Lindisfane) is a short drive up the coast and makes a for good day out. The tide cuts off the causeway, so get the safe crossing times before starting off. After a day out beachcombing or sightseeing you can relax in the comforts of the villa or eat out in the many varied restaurants, all within a short walk.
