Large 3 Bedroom 2 bath 1650 Sq Ft Downtown Home With Huge Front Porch

Our Rental is the whole first floor apartment of this historical duplex in the downtown area of Charleston, we have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a side room with a new day bed and trundle bed that give a lot of sleeping options. We are in a quiet neighborhood in downtown, this area is the center of the new trendy part of town and has new restaurants, breweries and music venues opening every week.

IF YOU HAVE A VERY LARGE GROUP WE CAN OFFER TO RENT THE WHOLE HOUSE, it is 3200 sq. ft. and could sleep up to 14 people. It would be both apartments so it would have 2 living rooms, 2 dinning rooms, 2 kitchens, 8 beds 3 bathrooms and would RENT FOR $1100 PER NIGHT. Just let me know if you need this much room.

You are close to so much in town, like the upper King street district. You can get around walking but it is much easier to take a cab ( $10 or less on the peninsula) or uber then you don't have to worry about parking.

The 9 ft ceilings, original hardwood floors, french doors and 3 fireplaces gives you the experience of living in a true Charleston historical home.It has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The bathrooms are both newly remodeled and very modern.. You have washer and dryer at your disposal with a large mud room. The first bedroom has a king sleep number bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed and a full bed and there is side room that has brand new day bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath, both have memory foam mattresses on them and are super comfortable.

The comfortable living room with a flat screen TV leads directly through large dinning room, a side room with a separate futon and then the full kitchen and laundry room in back. The large cover front porch is my personal favorite place it sit and take in the Charleston charm.

We have had many groups stay with us, especially girls weekends and bachelorette parties. The home has lots of room for everyone to be comfortable, we have added make up tables in the bedrooms to make it easier for groups to get ready.

The cost of hotel rooms, eating out for every meal tends to add up. The large home allows for family dinners and cookouts. Off street parking allows you to park it and walk .

Great location, perfect house!

We had a great experience staying at Michele and Billy's home. It is in a great neighborhood, close to everything downtown. We just too uber and it was never more than a mil away. The front porch is the best place to have coffee in the morning or cocktails before going out at night. There are great restaurants in walking distance, we went to Harold's cabin...soo cute and Park café. The Palmetto Brewery is just down the street. Also they have off street parking, huge bonus! Cant wait to go back!

A great house, great location. We were able to walk to the market (maybe 40 min? We wandered into lots of shops along the way). We would definitely stay here again. Michele was very helpful when I had questions.

We really enjoyed our stay in Charleston the home was spacious and perfect for the five of us. We enjoyed the front porch too! The owners were so accommodating to our every need. Only a short drive to downtown Charleston and right around the corner from the beautiful Citadel. We also had a nice walk in Hampton Park.

Short cab or UBER ride to other downtown areas like King street, East Bay street and the battery. Better to stay here with off street parking and take a cab at a cost of $10 or less. The beautiful Hampton park is 1/2 a block away with running and biking trails.
