Main Floor Queen Room Suite with a 3/4 bath.

This is a very spacious queen suite located in a turn-of-century three story Victorian building. Step back into time and stay in this great Inn with character and style. Access to our common area kitchen is just down the hall, in case you want to eat in one night. Free off street parking is provided on the west side of the building. Located on the main floor, you can escape to a relaxing porch or the yard/BBQ area. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife is located only 3 minutes away by foot, One block to the back is a 40 mile trail park for biking, running or walking. The nightly rate includes all fees, taxes, cleaning, internet and private off street parking. Our Inn is adult only (18+). Our Inn does have a secluded 420 friendly lounge on the third floor, for those that choose to visit Colorado to enjoy their legal cannabis. All other areas of the building are smoke free. We believe in a happy, healthy and respectful environment for all.

This was a great project to renovate a beautiful turn-of-the century Victorian. We knew that the location just step from downtown, would be ideal for vacationers.

What makes this studio unique

Just walking distance to restaurants, nightclubs, cafes and shops. This price is most affordable in all of Colorado Springs. Very convenient to all the major sites of Colorado Springs.

Cozy room, very affordable!

If you enjoy a homestyle atmosphere this is the place to stay. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, go to one. This is exactly as described and we were very comfortable during our stay. We walked to restaurants with ease. Only recommendation would be a newer, quieter window ac.

This place was perfect, it's location couldn't have been better! We did so many things and only once did we travel further than 15 minutes. The house was quiet and even with other people staying there we almost never saw each other. The house was clean. I highly recommend this house and I will definitely be back.

quiet, comfortable, easy

The host was gracious and quiet. The room was large (no desk, that should be rectified) with a small refridge.

Street noise was minimal--the neighborhood was empty (not sure when the college starts). Two blocks of easy walking to rows of shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

Definately felt clean, safe, and accommodating for anyone who needs a place to stay that allows cannabis

Exactly how I pictured our stay to be

We were so close to everything and did a lot of walking in downtown Colorado Springs. Downtown was about 3 blocks away from the house. Views were amazing and included everything needed. The only struggle wee had was night 1, trying to figure out the door code system. Kind of confusing but eventually figured it out. I can't wait to go back again! Will most definitely refer anyone to this place.
