Bright & Clean Coastal Cottage - Just Steps to the Beach!

This sweet beach cottage is just steps away from the beach and in our opinion, on the best part of the island! We think you'll love this house just as much as we do! It’s bright, sunny and filled with everything you’ll need to make you feel comfortable. Fresh bedding and towels are provided and new cleaning protocols are in effect!

Emerald Isle is one of our favorite places in the whole world! And this house is so close to the beach and in such a safe, quaint, quiet neighborhood. We knew this was a house where we could build many family memories and we hope you will too! You can enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves from one of two decks all day long. It's so convenient to everything too! It's less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and many other attractions. The EI bike path leads directly to our neighborhood and you can bike just about everywhere! There's a newly renovated playground for the kids in our neighborhood just down the block. We've even stocked the closet with games and books, and the kitchen has everything you'll need to feel at home. For your peace of mind, we also have an AWESOME property assistant nearby should any problems arise during your stay.

(This is a NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS house.)

We also like to let our guests know that by booking with us you are helping to alleviate human trafficking around the world. We will donate 10% of our profits to help serve suffering people in need through an organization called International Justice Mission. This is a great organization - please check it out! So close to the beach!

The beach was ACCESSIBLE! Perfect yellow flags all week and not crowded at all. It was a quick drive to all local shops and grocery stores. Highly recommend Lazarra’s pizza and Village Ice Cream, about a half mile away. Cute new park for kids at the end of the neighborhood.

Great Place to Stay!

This was a great family vacation. The house is located near a dead end road, so there’s very little through traffic. This made for a short, safe walk to the beach. Beach access was across a nice boardwalk. The owner of the house was super responsive! Thanks for a great experience!

Great location !

We visited EI for the first time and stayed at Kara’s place which was prime location to beach and restaurants. Any questions or issues we had, Kara was super responsive. House has almost everything we needed with the exception of some household items (extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper) which was completely fine and easy to purchase with three nearby grocery stores.

Our family of five loves Emerald Isle! We can't get enough of the beach, the relaxed atmosphere of the island, and the many tasty restaurants. We're so excited to share our home with you as you make many memories with your loved ones!

Why they chose this property

This cottage is so cozy, and in our opinion, it's in the one of the best neighborhoods on the island! It's a neighborhood that's tucked away but so close and convenient to everything!

What makes this property unique

We feel comfortable having our kids walk back and forth from the house to beach because it's such a quiet, relaxed street. The neighbors are friendly and the beach is never very crowded.
