We maintain an 84% occupancy rate which is a testament to our more conservative prices, our return business, and our fantastic location in the Phoenix Bilmore Area. Depending on your travel time frame, we are open to adjusting "minimum" stay requirements. Please reach out and request. If it is short notice and our condo is available we may approve. This is a huge 1600 Sq Ft condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and an office in a large corner unit in a prime Biltmore location. Master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed. Flat screens in great room and both bedrooms. Sonos wireless speaker in living room fills house with any music service you are a member of (iTunes, Pandora, tunein radio, etc). Apple TV connected to living room and master bedroom. Guest bedroom has en suite connected bathroom. Pantry includes Neptune Maytag washer/dryer (detergent/bounce supplied by owner). Keurig coffee maker. ELEVATOR access (10 ft from front door). Gated garage with two covered parking spaces. Secure free high speed wifi. Three balconies (two small "Juliet" balconies off each bedroom and one larger balcony off great room). Complex includes HEATED pool & Jacuzzi along with a workout room. LA Fitness is less than a 1/2 mile away, 24 Hour Fitness is 1.5 miles away. The location is phenomenal. For example, Whole Foods & Trader Joe's are 1/2 mile away (easy walk if necessary). I'm a runner and hiker. Runners have just a mile to run before you hit the canal (compact dirt trail that goes along canal for miles). Hikers, you only have about 2 miles for plenty of hiking on Squaw Peak, North Mountain, and Camelback Mountain. Easy access to the 51 and I-10. Old Town Scottsdale is just a 10 minute drive. Perfect location! Arizona Biltmore area has some of the best restaurants in Phoenix/Scottsdale, great grocery stores, $10-12 uber to the airport, Biltmore fashion square just 1 mile away.

The Henry, The Parlor, Postinos (nosh/wine), La Grande Orange (great breakfast location), Culinary Dropout/The Yard, The Vig, Federal Pizza, North, St Francis, True Food Kitchen, Chelsea's Kitchen, Lou Malnati's, and pretty much any chain restaurant you can imagine are all within 5 miles of this location.
Phoenix Childrens Hospital and John C Lincoln Hospitals are within a 10 minute drive.

My wife and I are both travelers. I flew for the Air Force and now a major airline, my wife works in the auto industry where she is on the road a lot. As road warriors, we have tried to make our condo as "homey" as we can. I bought this place before we met & then married in 2014 and loved the location so much, I didn't want to get rid of it.

Why Quinn chose La Brezza
I have lived all over the Phoenix metroplex (after living here for 15 years). I've lived on the West side, North Central Phoenix, North Scottsdale and finally here in the Biltmore Area. I chose this area for the close proximity to the airport, great hiking, amazing restaurants, and brick and mortar stores. My days off are spent hiking/running followed by a stop at my favorite neighborhood breakfast place La Grande Orange.
What makes this Condo unique
I bought my condo thinking I would be single for a long time (after never marrying). Murphy's law kicked in and I met my now wife soon after I purchased this condo. I left this condo and location and moved to the northern Phoenix metroplex area. When setting this place up to be a VRBO/Homeaway, there are certain things I look for when on the road. We focused on quality mattresses, bedding, & warmer feel to the decor. Location, location, location. Restaurants, hiking, and a great gym. This condo is only 15 minutes from the airport and within 5 miles of pretty much anything you can think of. Wireless! From the 'NEST' Temperature Controller, APPLE TV, Sonos (app).

Very nice, spacious place.
This is a large, well-stocked, nicely decorated condo. We enjoyed our stay. Convenient parking under building. The pool was also very nice.

We visited Phoenix for our son's wedding and stayed at this Condo. It was everything you would want in a condo: Spacious, beautifully decorated and amply supplied. It is very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and access to highways for recreation. We highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Phoenix. We are very likely to rent it again for out next trip to Phoenix.
Quinn was superb and handled what little issues we had with speed and completeness. He is an added asset to the rental.

Great home away from home!
Spacious apartment with beautiful accommodations. Clean,organized and filled with extras that include pool, parking space, security and exercise room. Great location to walk to mall or supermarkets and accessible to all highways for driving. Perfect for long term stay or just a weekend!

Within in 1 mile of our property: Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Nordstrom rack, Apple Store, Macy's, In and Out Burger, Harkins Cinema, LA Fitness, Best Buy, Fry's (largest grocery store chain in Phoenix), Hopdoddy, Tokyo Joe's, Fedex Kinko's, Blanco's Taco's & Tequila's...Just to name a few!!!!! We are only 6 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and close to all large roadway arteries that can take you anywhere you need to go. Incredible Camelback Hiking 4 miles away.
