The beautiful balcony views extend across the living room, dining room, and master bedroom . The spacious guest rooms provide impressive inter-coastal sunset views.
The Master Bedroom has balcony access, and it is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, 42' flat screen television and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a separate garden tub. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet with plenty of space for storage.
The second master suite has 2 queen beds, 32' flat screen television, a full ensuite bathroom, and incredible sunset views over the Halifax River. The third master suite has a queen bed, 32' flat screen television, incredible sunsets over the Halifax River, and a full ensuite bathroom. The large, fully-equipped new kitchen has granite counter-tops, large center island with bar-stools. Appliances include all new: mini drink/wine fridge, full size refrigerator, ultra quiet dishwasher, glass top range and built in microwave. The breakfast nook has a round table and four chairs which can expand into seating for 6. Accessible from the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer. This unit has a beautifully furnished dining area with seating for 9 comfortably plus room at the pass-thru for a few more. This condo has broadband wireless internet service and free phone calling in USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.
The Grand Coquina is located 5-6 miles south of the Daytona Pier and is on a quieter family area of the beach offering some of the best views in the area. The building has keyed access and offers privacy and security, remote garage door opener is also included for indoor parking. The building has an indoor heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor heated pool, cardio and weight workout rooms, and a shared barbecue grill. Plenty of attractions close by: Daytona International Speedway - 6 miles, Disney - 70 miles, Kennedy Space Center - 45 miles, St Augustine - 50 miles, Daytona Pier/Daytona Lagoon (water park) - 4 miles and Deep-sea fishing charters - 10 miles. Other amenities within walking distance includes: Restaurants, Full Grocery store, Putt-Putt Golf, Sun Glow Pier, and ABC liquor.
Non-shedding dogs are considered up to 20lbs - call ahead to verify.
We purchased this condo in June of 2012. My wife and I have worked in the Central Florida area for 26+ years. We have two wonderful children, Our son is attending University of Central Florida (UCF) and our daughter is a senior in High School. We love staying at the beach when our condo is not being enjoyed by our many wonderful guests.

We love the Daytona Beach Shores area, it feels like home to us. We have been bringing our kids here in the summer since they were very young. The area is very family friendly and you can walk to everything from miniature golf, restaurants, to grocery stores, and pharmacies. We are close enough to all of the Daytona Beach events but you can get away from the crowds and relax in our quieter, family friendly area.
This condo has the most spacious, well furnished, private balcony for your enjoyment. The amenities the building has to offer are second to none. Come and stick your toes in the sand and let the warm waters roll under your beach chair while time stands still.
My wife and I stayed at this condo for the past 2 years. It is a beautiful home and a great spot on the beach.
We have enjoyed everything about the property from the excellent decor and spacious rooms. A great kitchen with everything you need. The balcony is amazing to just set and watch the ocean all day. You will even enjoy the private parking and the amenities of the Grand Coquina Condo. The owners are great to work with.
Close to the Orlando attractions, Kennedy Space Center, Tomoka State Park, Daytona Speedway and the Most famous Beach in the World.... 'Daytona Beach'.
