Beautiful Vacation in a Heavenly Setting

  • 5 of 5

The Paradise Found was a beautiful cabin we (4 adults + 1 dog) stayed in in our week long visit to Smokies. The cabin is wonderfully set with amazing views of the Forest. The cabin it self was well furnished with all amenities in place. The hot tub is a salt water one and takes a while to reach required heat levels so you can set it before you leave for the day in the Smokies. Chester was a great host and had all the answers. He came out when we called and stopped a while for a chat. The drive to nearest grocery store is 10 mins and the town is 20 mins away. The Railroad, The Nantahala Brewing company and the Nantahala Winery for pizza are a must visit in Bryson City and for the pet families the Crystelle Creek restaurant just outside Gatlinburg is a great place to eat. The Railroad does not allow pets so we booked a dog sitting for him which was easy to find.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from a short 3 day stay at Paradise Found and what a wonderful stay it was. The cabin is beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle, and has everything you could possibly need. While the drive up is steep it is easy to navigate after the first time up. I recommend traveling to the cabin during the daylight hours the first time just to get a feel for the roads and turns. We traveled with another couple and there was just enough room. The cabin is about 10 minutes from the closest grocery store and then another 5 minutes to downtown Bryson City which is just spectacular for a small mountain town city. You won't be disappointed with a stay in Paradise Found.

Owner's Response: Dear Chantel, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Paradise Found is a beautiful place. Thanks for The 5 Star Review. We appreciate the comments on the road. A lot of people do think the road may be a little steep, but you are correct. If you arrive during daylight hours, it is much easier to navigate. Especially if it's your first time here.

Fantastic Location to Everything Outdoors

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for well appointed, beautiful layout, and exceptional amenities this is the place. The views were amazing and i cannot say anything but great things. One small recommendation, please check the hot tub. It did not get warmer than 98 degrees even though we kept setting it to 104. Other than that, can't wait to stay there again!

Owner's Response: Dear Ken, The hot tub is serviced prior to every arrival. If you are experiencing difficulties please call. Guests have tendencies to push buttons which can change modes. When the mode is changed it can affect the temperature range. If that was the case we could have walked you through the change over the phone. It sounds like that is what may have happened. We are glad you enjoyed the stay. Sincerely, Karen Bartlett-manager
