Relax Close To Wineries - In The Heart Of The Wine Country

Bedrooms 1
Space 550 sq ft
Property type estate

About the property

Luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 Bath with Breathtaking Views

Relax and unwind on 5 acres, with views of nature all around, but still in the heart of Temecula's Wine Country. Perfect seclusion and only one mile off the De Portola Wine Trail. Close to all wineries! A hilltop, 24 hour visual delight. This private romantic 1 bedroom, 1 bath is the perfect place to reconnect with yourself, loved ones, and nature. Let your troubles melt away with a glass of wine and relax as you take in the evening's amazing sunset. Sleep in peace and serenity that can only be found out in the country. Grab your coffee and head outside each morning to see an array of balloons in the morning sky. An affordable and empowering location to reset your mind, body, and spirit. High end amenities and décor for folks who like the finer things in life. Million dollar homes surround the area. Villa is part of a 4000 sq. ft. estate with a private entrance, bathroom, walk-in closet. Designed to be private and quiet, yet affordable. Nicer amenities than the winery hotels -at a fraction of the price. When I travel I know how difficult it is to find reasonably priced accommodations that are clean and quiet. I strive to give you a clean, quiet, and well priced place to get a good nights sleep. Four minutes to the closest winery 10 minutes to the furthest winery. 15 minutes to Old Town Temecula.

Now Available: Helicopter service right from the property or the Local Airport of French Valley. A great way to celebrate any special occasion!

Please Note:

*** Chain Hotels that claim 'Wine Country' are located in town next to the freeway. My property is the only one in this price range located in 'the Wine Country' others in my price range are located in town- BEWARE-do your homework before booking...

** The Winery Hotels start at $240+ a night.

Common Questions:

Does it have a kitchen?

No, it has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Plenty of fine dining in the Temecula Wine Country so a kitchen is not a necessity for most.

Is the pool heated in the winter?

No, the estate runs off propane and it's not cost effective to heat. (Nobody in Temecula Wine Country will have a heated pool.)

Please Note:

There is .3 of a dirt road to reach the property so please be aware that it occasionally rains making 4 wheel drive necessary. Road closure happens roughly once a year when it rains really hard. We have a great road crew that starting grading the dirt portion when it stops raining so it's fairly quick but I can't make guarantees or promises due to Mother Nature. She has a mind of her own...

About Zack Chamberlin

I am a helicopter flight instructor and work locally. So my hours vary daily. There are helicopter tours available right from the property or the local French Valley Airport. It's a great way to see the Temecula Valley and local Wineries. Great for proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

Why Zack Chamberlin chose Temecula

This is an amazing piece of property that I fell in love with the moment I saw it. Breathtaking views and extreme privacy is what sold me. It's a lot of fun to share the place with all the amazing guests I have encountered.

What makes this estate unique

It seems more and more difficult these days to really get away and have some quiet space. This is the perfect place if you are looking to relax and and unwind.

Villa Del Mazio's motto is:

Relaxation begins where the pavement ends...

Bit of heaven

  • 5 of 5

The infinite views are glorious from the valleys, to the mountains, to the desert, to the pool, palm trees and stars. You can visit the vineyards, hike the trails off the backyard, explore the town, or just swim and drink in the landscape all day long. Accommodations are perfectly comfortable and pet friendly. Bit of heaven, I cannot wait to return.

Had use of a large private swimming pool with amazing views, and use of a hot tub. Worth every penny! Will stay there again!

Relaxing Getaway

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay on our weekend getaway to Temecula. It was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker in the room. We brought our corgi with us and were happy that the place is dog friendly. We took her for a walk on the trails behind the house and to some of the wineries on the De Portola Wine Trail that is very close by. We went to Old Town Temecula at night and even though it was a little bit of a drive we didn't have any trouble getting an uber. Zack himself is very responsive and accommodating! Overall, his place is an excellent place to stay!

If you are looking for peace and quiet with a breath taking view, this is the place for you!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first experience at a VRBO, after years of staying in hotels. It's going to be hard to go back. The owner, Zack, was warm, welcoming and responsive to text messages in a timely manner. The unit was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed, coffee maker, dorm fridge and a TV. The sunsets were breathtaking by the pool. It's just what we needed. Zack, thanks for opening your home to us. J&J from MN.
