Hello from Julia and Tim Clarey! Welcome to Hot Springs Village! Our home is in the Dallas area but we are in Hot Springs Village, as often as we can to enjoy this calming lake and wooded retreat and great golf! We also enjoy kayaking and Lake Desoto is perfect for that as well. We love the Castellon Court areas so much we purchased 'The Mulligan Shack' in 2010 a sister property to the 'The Water Hole' in order to provide more opportunity for family and you to enjoy what Hot Springs Village and namely Castellon Courts has to offer. Please enjoy your time here in Hot Springs Village.
Owner/Manager purchased this townhome in 2005
We came for golf (eight courses) and fell in love with the whole package, i.e. golf, lakes, woods, neighborhood and the people.
Larger group? Looking for more room? Please check out our other property at #358592 aka 'The Mulligan Shack',. Both properties are very close together to provide the optimal family reunion/get together.
I researched some of the Hot Springs area and for us this was a great place for the money. I do all of our travel plans for the past tens years and I look for the biggest bang for our buck and this place is on top of our list. Right on the lake, great view and it felt like a upscale townhouse to us. All details were easy to follow. The bed that I slept in was great, stainless steel appliances. Julia was there if we needed her but everything was laid out beautifully, so we never had to pester her. LOL It was a good base for us there were stores and crystal mines were near by, went to Hot Springs National Park, Clinton Presidential Library and Crater of Diamonds (that was about 1:30ish hrs to get to each from townhouse) and Garvan Woodland Gardens was closer. A great Mexican restaurant for us was Rolando's in Hot Springs, gluten free choices and great plate appeal.
Thank you and have awesome vacation!!
Quaint, cute and clean. Great location, quiet culdesac. It had everything we needed to be comfortable while away from home. I would highly recommend this townhome and will be staying there again in the near future!
A beautiful comfortable home, close proximity to everything HSV has to offer. Awesome sunset views over the lake. I saw waterfowl flying in and floating on the lake. Christmas lights were up in the neighborhood. I love HSV and plan to move there in 5 years it's like living in another world upon your arrival. If you love nature, mountain views, forests, lakes, everything nature has to offer. Very peaceful and relaxing area.
Comfortable and clean condo with nice view of lake from front patio. Beds were very comfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to return to a peaceful location at the end of some long days. We explored Hot Springs, The Bathouses, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Lake Quachita, and rented kayaks at the marina and paddled Lake Desoto. It was quite relaxing to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while looking out towards a beautiful view of the lake. The accommodations were more than adequate and the neighborhood was quiet.
Our stay was so relaxing. Went to relax and enjoy the view. This house had everything you need when you are away from home. Actually was close to like being at home. I will be staying here again if available on our next visit.
