About Alice Anne and Tom Sander

We wanted a place where our active family could gather and enjoy all of the activities we love! We are originally from Charleston, SC, have lived all over the country, but just moved right outside of Park City. We are so excited to now call Utah our home!

Alice Anne and Tom Sander purchased this townhome in 2013

Why Alice Anne and Tom Sander chose Olympic Park

Our family has vacationed in Park City for years and over time we realized that Park City has everything we could possibly want. During one of our spectacular trips, we finally decided we wanted our own place where we could gather more comfortably as a family and enjoy all that Park City has to offer! After vacationing in Park City for many years, we finally relocated and are living in Park City full time!

What makes this townhome unique

We looked for property that was conveniently located to all the amenities of Park City and had room for everyone to relax! Being right at the foot of the Olympic Park and minutes from everything, Bear Canyon Town Home was impossible to pass up!

Great condo for a ski vacation.

  • 5 of 5

We are a group of five adults over two generations who rented this Bear Hollow condo for a March ski week. The condo was perfect for our group. It was well represented in the pictures on VRBO. It was clean and very well stocked. Many kitchen supplies and condiments were provided. There were plenty of towels and toiletries as well. The condo is well laid out and quite comfortable. Everyone had their own space as well as ample common space. The hot tub is on the second floor deck off the master bedroom and worked perfectly. Separate towels for the hot tub were provided.

The condo is part of a large development with hundreds of units. It is a very short ride to Park City/ Canyons and Deer Valley and less than an hour to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. There are a number of grocery stores very close by. Park City's Main St is about 10 minutes away with many shops and restaurants. The Olympic Center is about a mile down the road. An interesting side trip for a non ski day is the High West Distillery about 15 miles east of Park City. It's a new whiskey distillery with tours and a restaurant.

Alice Ann and Tom are great to work with. They promptly responded to our emails and provided tips on restaurants, ski rental, etc. They've done a very good job of maintaining the condo and keeping it in great shape even with all the different renters. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arrises.

Great home, extremely well taken care of

  • 5 of 5

Love staying here! Such a convenient location and not congested like much of Park City. Our family liked the different levels so kids could nap and the hot tub was much used. This home is really set up for guests and the owner is great to work with with lots of info etc. I definitely recommend anyone staying here!

We had a great week in Park City. This is a great location and the property is excellent! Well maintained and stocked with all the necessities you may need. The owner is super responsive and really wants to make sure your stay is awesome! Check the cupboards before you go shopping as most of the basics are there.

Wonderful stay in Park City

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from an amazing week in Park City. The condo was beautiful- clean and modern with a great layout for families or a group of friends. Alice Anne was a wonderful host and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to return again soon!

Spacious, great layout, and well stocked!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this property out for our family reunion and were very impressed with the size, decorations, layout, and amenities this property offered. The Layout of the home allows you to be together when you'd like, but also gives guests space during their stay. The owners have done a great job of anticipating what guests will need and have made sure their home is well stocked with extra sheets, towels, pillows, etc... We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway whether it's in the Winter or in the Summer months. The location or the property was also very convenient. Close to Park City (both Park City & The Canyons) and also close to conveniences such as supermarkets and the nearby outlets.

Alice Ann and Tom were very helpful prior to our stay as well and were able to recommend nearby dining locations, ski rental options, and other recommendations that helped immensely during our stay.

Thanks again Alice Ann & Tom!

Located at the base of Utah’s Olympic Park, our town home is just minutes from 3 world-class ski resorts - Canyons Resort (1 mile), Park City Mountain Resort (3 miles), and Deer Valley Ski Resort (6 miles). If that’s not enough ski terrain, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta, and Sundance Ski Resorts are each just a short drive away. Most people come to Park City originally for the snow, but quickly realize that spring, summer and fall offer even more exciting activities to experience! As the snow and ice melt, the wildflowers quickly cover the slopes, providing a beautiful venue where guests enjoy mountain biking, hiking, golf, rock climbing, fly-fishing, white-water rafting, wind surfing, sailing, swimming, zip-lining, and just about anything else you can possibly imagine. The mild temperatures and bright blue skies are the perfect setting for the outdoor concerts and festivals that abound during the warmer months.

2 minutes from the popular Redstone shopping / dining / movie / entertainment development and located on the FREE Park City Bus Line, it is easy to access all that Park City has to offer. Park City’s historic Main Street is a great place to find that special memento to take home as well as family friendly dining or top tier restaurants. Park City offers more relaxed liquor laws than elsewhere in Utah, so while there, be sure to visit one of the local micro-breweries or High West Distillery, Utah’s first distillery since Prohibition.
