Come enjoy beautiful Summit County and Breckenridge in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath Grandview condominium located next to 4 O’clock ski run and one block off from Ski Hill Road.

Walk across the parking lot to catch 4 O’clock ski run and ski down to Snowflake lift which gives you access to world class skiing in Breckenridge. Ski back to the condo via 4 O’clock run for lunch break or after a day of skiing. Breckenridge Nordic Center is located across Ski Hill Road for cross country enthusiasts.

Grandview condo is located one block off Ski Hill Rd where free shuttle transportation runs and provides access around town of Breckenridge and to base of peak 8. From Breckenridge central bus stop you can take free Summit County Stage to nearby ski areas of Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain as well as town of Frisco or Silverthorne and Silverthorne outlet mall.

After day of skiing or exploring relax next to the wood burning fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate or coffee. Living room has a full size pull out couch and a chair and a half to gather around and enjoy evenings. Watch 42' Flat screen cable TV or a movie from the DVD library.

The condo also features just remodeled kitchen with stainless steel full size appliances and granite countertops. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices and staples as well as all the essentials: silverware, dishes, microwave, coffee maker and toaster etc. for you to save on dining and prepare delicious meals. Dining room table seats 6.

Master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, dresser and an attached bathroom with tub/shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and bathroom right outside of the door. Full size washer and dryer are located between the 2 bedrooms.

All linens, towels, blankets and paper products as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

This is a non-smoking unit indoors and out on the balcony.

No pets allowed per Grandview covenants.

Free parking for 2 vehicles.

perfect for the four of us.

Parents with two teenage boys found this property ergonomic and accessible for our four night ski-trip. Though total square feet is on the small side don't let that stop you, the layout allowed us to cook, rest and play with ease of movement and habitation. The location allows for good access to and from "4 O'Clock Run" for morning starts, lunch breaks and end of day without having to struggle through the crowds at these key times. The home is furnished with the furniture and appliances needed to make this unit your home away. We did not use the fireplace but we appreciated the opportunity.

Usually less then 5 minute travel time to downtown Breck via auto allowed us to enjoy all that town has to offer.

We did find it hard to meet the 10:00 am checkout time, after three full days of skiing an extra hour of sleep and a 11:00 am checkout would be greatly appreciated.

Would definitely stay here again.

Ski trip

The condo is nice but is NOT a ski in ski out. The beds are way too soft. Otherwise a nice stay.

Owner's Response: Sharonah, I am sorry that you did not find the beds comfortable for your liking. We do have foam mattress toppers on both of the beds. For the ski access, you do have to walk across the parking lot (about 200 ft), which is explained on our unit description. Hope you had a chance to enjoy some fresh powder as well as sunny weather on the slopes during your stay! Thank you.

Nice condo, but not ski-in / ski-out

Nice place

Everything was great with the place, but a little farther walk to the slope than expected to be listed as a ski-in/ski-out. Overall great experience in the home, would recommend to others.

Overall great unit and clean

The unit was clean upon arrival. With two little ones, having humidifiers available was a plus. To get to the unit you must go up 3 sets of stairs....definately not a "ski in" unit. We could not even ski into the property. We had to walk about 3 blocks to get to the bus stop. The kitchen had a good selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils, cups, bowls, crock pot, coffee pot, etc. We were grateful for the washer and dryer. The beds were too soft for our liking but you can't please everyone. Would be nice if the storage closet by the front door had more space and would come off track sometimes. Overall this unit met our needs for our five day trip.

SUMMER: biking with 200miles paved bike paths and bike rentals, hiking with many excellent hiking trails in Breck & Summit County, some starting on the back yard, mountain biking with 400 miles of back country roads and trails, Breckenridge Fun Park at the base of Peak 8 with alpine slide, gold runner coaster, rock climbing, mini golf, supper bungee trampoline, chair lift rides and free gondola rides between town and base of Peak 8. Horse back riding, golf courses in Breck (designed by Jack Nicklaus), Copper and Keystone, hot air balloon adventures, rafting, kayaking, boating at Lake Dillon, fishing, ATV tours, Jeep tours, gold mine tours.

Breckenridge recreation center is located 2 miles from the condo and offers 2 pools, waterslide, indoor and outdoor hot tubs to relax in, climbing wall, weight/fitness room, walking/jogging track, exercise classes, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, racquetball and basketball courts, lighted outdoor skateboard park and steam room & sauna.

$100 cleaning fee.
Cancellations < 60 days of arrival are non-refundable >60 days 1 night fee will be charged.
