This property is absolutely gorgeous, even better than the stunning photos. The ride up is remarkable -- the beauty of the tree-lined mountains will dazzle you. And the location is perfect, just a short distance from downtown Park City.

Perfect spot. Very easy to get on the slopes and amazing to ski down the corduroy on that first run. Super accessible.
family trip : Largest enough for a large family
The place was in a great location. the house was nice, carpets were dirty and the biggest factor was that you had three sets of stairs to get to the kitchen. I believe they should include that in the description.
Also lots of money for the owners fee also. I'm not sure why they had so many other fees. But the location was good. the ski out and ski in isn't quite that way .

As communicated previously, with our back to back bookings, there is no time to effectively clean the carpets and due to the environment, they are prone to get soiled and do not dry out easily. We schedule the carpet cleaning when there is ample time to effectively clean and dry. We do spot clean throughout the rental season.
With respect to the fees, there are no owners fees. The cleaning fee is the only fee we collect which covers the cost of turnover cleaning. The other fees are occupancy tax required by the city and HomeAway's fee that they collect. We only collect the rental and cleaning fee less a payout processing fee charged by HomeAway. HomeAway keeps the Security Deposit and refunds after your stay. The insurance protection is an option you select when booking your stay. It is not a required fee and not an owner fee.
As far as the description of the home, I will look into this, but it is noted, there are three levels and must climb stairs. As far as your stay, we hope you had a wonderful time.

Great family vacation home
Our family of 12 (10 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed here for a week of skiing. It was a great setup and we all enjoyed it.
The owner was very quick to respond to my messages and when there was a problem she had it fixed promptly.
The kitchen and dining area was great and the large family room served as comfortable place for everyone to gather and enjoy time together.
The ski out is easy but there is about a 100 to 150 yard downhill walk when coming skiing back.
Wonderful spot and accessible to ski lifts!
Our families had the loveliest time at this gorgeous spacious cabin! We were truly impressed with the amenities and the fact that there was literally a bathroom for just about all the five bedrooms. It was also a treat to have a downstairs family room for the kids while parents were upstairs within a stones throw should there be a need to check in on kids. I highly recommend this spot!!
This neighborhood features views of the heavily forested canyons, ski runs, and valleys and fine dining options. Catering to outdoor enthusiasts of all seasons, the terrain provides for endless activities just steps out your back door. Just to name a few, biking, hiking, skiing, sledding, tubing, snowmobiling. Nearby neighboring communities offer golf, water skiing, paddle boarding, wind sailing, horseback riding and endless activities for the entire family.
The area does have several bus stops for Park City Municipal Transit, and it’s a short drive to town. The Salt Lake International Airport is just over 45 minutes away, depending on traffic, making it one of the closest airports to luxury ski resort destinations in the country.
