Beautiful 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom home. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. Located in quiet Sea Isle neighborhood and reflects an upscale coastal feel that you and your guests will find charming. Incredible views and breezes. Relax out on the deck/covered patio overlooking the beach with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. 15 miles west of 61st St (which is beginning of boardwalk.)

Incredibly close to the beach, marina, restaurant, playground, and golf cart rental. Bay side has great fishing pier.

The master and guest both have queen beds. The kids/3rd guest room has a twin size trundle bed.

The home has a fully stocked kitchen for entertaining, along with dining table that seats 6. Also, there is a washer and dryer on-site.

All linens and wash towels are provided. Outside shower, BBQ grill, and deck chairs are provided. All you need to do is show up.

Cute, Comfy, and Great View!

The house was very comfortable and in a great spot close to the beach with a great view! A small market is also a few doors down which was really convenient. Some of the blinds were broken but that wasn't a bother, as well as the master closet doors, but again we didn't stay long enough to utilize the closets or drawers. I read a previous review about not enough forks, this time there weren't enough spoons. Nothing a quick trip to the market couldn't fix. Comfortable patio furniture, clean beds and a great view. Everything was great!

Great Location, Plenty of Space

There are some issues, tho they are minor ones (many blinds wouldn't open, and there are t enough spoons lol). Counting those along with all of the positives (great location, just a short walk from the beach access, 30 min drive from the Strand, calm and family-friendly area, a cool harbor area in the neighborhood for catching hermit crabs and blue crabs), we would definitely stay here again.

A really great house for a great price!!

We stayed at this property for a week over Christmas break and had a really wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious and in a great location.To be honest, we were a bit nervous when we saw one very negative review posted after we had already booked our stay! But we arrived to a great house that looks just like the pictures. Yes, there is some very minor wear on the carpet in one of the bedrooms and one set of blinds in the kitchen sticks when you rotate the blinds, but this is a great house, for a great price. We were two families, with young children, and everyone had a blast! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this place to any of our friends or family. All of our communication with the owner was super pleasant. We only interacted over email to get arrival instructions and never had to contact him during our stay because the place was perfect!

If you're looking for a great, clean, roomy house that's super close to the

beach (you can hear the waves!) and won't break the bank: book it! This rental is awesome!

Do not stay here

DO NOT STAY HERE. When we arrived the front door handle was broken. The door would open but the handle was falling off and after a couple days it wouldn't work at all. The door handle in the master bedroom that leads outside was also broken. We never were able to use that door. I messaged the owner to see if he was aware of this. We were accused of breaking them. We were also accused of breaking into the owners closet which is located in the children's room. This closet was unlocked and open when we arrived. The ceiling fans shake like they're going to fall off when in use. There were dust mites built up on the main bathroom wall. Screens for the Windows were ripped out. The blinds fell down when we tried to pull them up. Carpet in rooms is ripped and stained. Hot water handle in bathroom is falling off. Other door handles are loose and need replaced. I would hate to see any body else get blamed for these things that have clearly been neglected. I would not recommend this place to anybody. We have stayed at multiple vrbo houses and never had a problem. This was not a comfortable vacation house.

Overall experience was really good.

Overall impression was good. I had a few concerns that were minor and not something that required attention from the owner immediately. The outside, gated door from the deck to the house is completely rusted, falling apart and quiet frankly appears to be a safety risk. The door simply should be removed. The kitchen is adequately furnished, but the silverware appeared unclean and was a little worse for wear. I actually put the items I thought we would use in the dishwasher and cleaned then prior to use. I replaced the kitchen sponges, dish soap and dishwasher tablets because they were worn out or simply not enough for a three day weekend. My last concern was that there was not a window covering in the first blinds, no curtains, no anything. That window is in very close proximity to the next house. Other than that the house was great for us. We had a girls weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The furniture, decorations and Floorplan were fabulous. Everyone remarked on how tastefully it was decorated and the spaciousness.

Great property, great price. Loved it!

Property was as described. The cleaning service was great. Not a spec of sand in the house. Kitchen was big and open. Area was nice, everyone we met was really nice. Much calmer experience than the other side of Galveston which is a bit more "spring break-y."

The only negative was that it was near 100 degrees outside when we arrived and the AC was off. It was actually hotter in the house then outside. Couldn't leave our dog in the house. We had to give it several hours to cool off.

Everything else was great! I would stay here again.
