This private home sits on a 3/4 acre lot surrounded by trees and very close to all the amenities the region has to offer. It is located 1 KM. from the escarpment, 6 KM to downtown Collingwood, and 9 KM to the Village at Blue. Perfect for biking, hiking, golf, shopping for antiques, restaurants and enjoying the peaceful and beautiful setting.

Outside the sliding glass door we have a cedar deck. On the main floor we have a well proportioned dining room and kitchen equipped with a high-end gas stove that is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Also on the main floor this home features a well-furnished great room with a wood burning fireplace and a high-end entertainment and stereo system. The entire south-west exposure facing the back deck has windows throughout making the home extremely bright and comfortable to be in. This fully furnished home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cedar deck, washer & dryer, gas stove, high-efficiency furnace, wood burning fireplace and Lifebreath HRV system.

On the second floor this home has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one guest room with a queen size bed and a 3'rd bedroom outfitted with 4 bunk beds.

This family vacation home is affectionately cared for and comes fully equipped.

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 12 noon.

Resident of Toronto, I have enjoyed this vacation home with my family since purchased over 10 years ago. We love the space and have had lots of fun outdoors and indoors. Eventually this is my retirement home and I take care of it like a 5 star hotel!

What a wonderful place!

From the moment we unlocked the front door, it felt perfect. A lovely place with a well-furnished, open living space and a very "chalet" feel - it was even better than pictured. I particularly loved the light and bright feeling of the living room and the many windows that somehow still afforded great privacy. The bedrooms were really nice (comfy beds!), there were enough bathrooms for a big family, and the kitchen was well-organized and great to work in. The location was perfect for us - easy to get to, off the beaten path, and close to everything we wanted. The weather was fabulous during our stay, so we were out and about all the time with Blue Mountain, Collingwood, and Wasaga Beach all just minutes away. But even if we'd been rained out, the house was spacious enough - and technology-friendly enough - to accommodate everyone doing their own thing comfortably and amicably. We had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

nice and comfortable property, quiet neighborhood

We had a very nice time at this house - two families with 3 small kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, we went biking in the area. The place is very close to Blue Mountain Village.

Relaxing Family Vacation!

We absolutely enjoyed our family vacation at this well-equipped, comfortable home away from home. It was a perfect location for beach days in Wasaga, fun at the Village and any shopping needs in Collingwood. The homeowner was available to answer any questions and concerns and made us feel welcome and cared for. We would love to stay again!

Unbeatable location...great owner

Collingwood and the Blue Mountains have so much to offer. My family and I spent a week there and we were never bored. The range of activities within 20 to 30 minutes of this lovely home is amazing. On the same day you can be exploring ice cold caves and then later be on the beach. Location is unbeatable and the house was more than comfortable for the five of us. The customer service on the part of the owner was outstanding - friendly and responsive. We would definitely go back.

Nice private, comfortably furnished home for a family vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. House was well stocked and clean. It was comfortable to sleep at night temperature was very comfortable. There was cable TV and also surround sound, so we could play music using our phone. Good location close to blue mountain village and downtown Collingwood. There were also board games for the kids, as well. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and provide contact information where we could reach him if we had any questions or concerns. We never had to contact him for any concerns or problems only to request if we could check out 2 hours later, which he was able to accommodate us. Thanks for everything Craig, we enjoyed our stay!
