Brand new super cool Townhouse located right next to the Milwaukee Bike Trail and very close to one of Missoula's natural wonders, The Goodfood Store. Nearly 1000 square feet of artistic and intelligent floor planning. Two Downstairs entrances. The first enters into a finished garage. The second, through a fenced yard big enough to make your dog's tail wag. One bedroom with a queen bed, full bath and laundry room with washer dryer finish out the lower level. The whole lower level sports the most beautiful acid washed cement floors. Now has Air Conditioning .....

Upstairs you will find a great room open to the kitchen. Sit down in the Norwegian built Stressless recliner and take a deep breath. Everything you are going to need for a home base is here for you. A 50 inch wall mounted TV with cable, brand new linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen ready to assist you in a culinary creation. Bikes are at the ready to carry you downtown for one of the many goings-on at Caras Park, dinner, or some shopping.

Another bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs along with a walk-in closet and full bath attached. A sleeping loft is also available above the great room with the most comfortable queen size deluxe locally made futon cushion. The loft has it own light switch and electrical outlets so it works quite well for 5th and 6th guest.

The counter tops throughout the townhouse are acid stained cement and are really quite unique. Some of the furnishings such as the coffee table, end tables, and the dining table are built by the same journeymen that built the townhouse and are a reflection of the quality and artistry of its design.

Our townhouse is in a small intimate yet private complex populated with permanent four season residents. We ask that you respect our adjoining neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10 PM.

We just purchased this townhouse in July of 2013. Most everything is brand new, accept those unique items purchased locally that you just can't duplicate new. We hope you enjoy it.

About Randy Katen

We grew up in California and dated as teenagers. In 1980 after a year or so we went our separate ways. Through a mutual friend we were reunited in 2010. The hard part was Randy now lived in Missoula Montana and I lived in Santa Rosa California. Two years of long distance dating and we knew it was time to come together. We married in the Missoula Courthouse on October 24, 2012 and headed back to California to live and work. The problem was is that we both loved and missed Missoula. Purchasing this townhome is our way of making our dream come true. Our hope is that in doing so we can share our love of one of the most unique and beautiful places we have found in this world.

Accommodating, Comfortable., Quiet & Convenient Missoula Condo

This is a well-designed and appointed condominium with everything needed to make a stay in Missoula relaxing and fun. We settled in for a Thanksgiving visit with our Missoula family and found this condominium to be just perfect to meet all our needs. Kitchen was large, with quality appliances and was a perfect place to prepare the side dishes we had planned. (Also, provides great views of Mt. Sentinel and Mt. Jumbo to the East.) Master bedroom was large, with nice full bath and the bed was very comfortable. The great room off the kitchen was very comfortable with a nice deck overseeing the fenced yard. (Also provides great views to the West.) The owner was super accessible and helpful. This location would accommodate a visit in any of Montana's four wonderful seasons.

Perfect for us

We stayed for 12 days in November, 2016. We were in Missoula to visit friends. The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean, quiet and cozy. We had a "home" of our own, which made the stay very enjoyable. Randy was very fast to respond to our only question, and he even checked in part way through the stay to make sure all was well. The condo is within walking distance of a gym and The Good Food Store, and centrally located; so handy to the rest of town. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Not fancy but clean, nice, and practical

Stayed for 7 nights to fly fish and explore the area. Really grew to appreciate the convenient location, floorplan, and superiority over a hotel room (laundry room, kitchen, two bathrooms, separation of living space between two floors, fenced yard for dog, plenty of parking). Garage was great for staging fishing gear and the four bikes were nice. Began to feel like home.

Cozy and Clean

WOW!!! So what's not to love about this condo!! Very clean, cozy and convenient. We had a wonderful weekend visiting our daughter who is living in Missoula. We were able to relax, visit, cook & enjoy a class of wine on the porch.. We have a French Bulldog that was able to get out and enjoy the yard. What a charmingly perfect place to stay and enjoy family and friends.. We definitely plan to stay again when we visit.. ( provided it's not booked)

Trail Street Condominium in Missoula

The property was very convenient to everything in Missoula. Very nice, well equipped condominium. Comfortable beds, very clean! My adult children and husband really enjoyed the bicycles! We cooked breakfast every morning and ate at the hand made dining table. Hopefully, it won't be reserved when we visit next year.

Lovely Property Excellently Located

This townhouse was all the owners promised. It's very close to downtown Missoula -- walkable for many, and certainly bikeable. It is a block from the Milwaukee Bike path. Owners Randy and Donna leave bikes for those who want to use. Very quiet, interesting neighborhood. Good Food store nearby will meet gourmet/organic searchers dreams. Those wanting a little less pricey household goods will need to go to close by shopping centers. House perfectly met our needs -- well equipped and updated. Perfect for two couples, since there are two full baths; one en suite and one adjoining. Homeowners were easily available to provide information on key locations, etc. We would definitely return there.
