Brand new super cool Townhouse located right next to the Milwaukee Bike Trail and very close to one of Missoula's natural wonders, The Goodfood Store. Nearly 1000 square feet of artistic and intelligent floor planning. Two Downstairs entrances. The first enters into a finished garage. The second, through a fenced yard big enough to make your dog's tail wag. One bedroom with a queen bed, full bath and laundry room with washer dryer finish out the lower level. The whole lower level sports the most beautiful acid washed cement floors. Now has Air Conditioning .....
Upstairs you will find a great room open to the kitchen. Sit down in the Norwegian built Stressless recliner and take a deep breath. Everything you are going to need for a home base is here for you. A 50 inch wall mounted TV with cable, brand new linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen ready to assist you in a culinary creation. Bikes are at the ready to carry you downtown for one of the many goings-on at Caras Park, dinner, or some shopping.
Another bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs along with a walk-in closet and full bath attached. A sleeping loft is also available above the great room with the most comfortable queen size deluxe locally made futon cushion. The loft has it own light switch and electrical outlets so it works quite well for 5th and 6th guest.
The counter tops throughout the townhouse are acid stained cement and are really quite unique. Some of the furnishings such as the coffee table, end tables, and the dining table are built by the same journeymen that built the townhouse and are a reflection of the quality and artistry of its design.
Our townhouse is in a small intimate yet private complex populated with permanent four season residents. We ask that you respect our adjoining neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10 PM.
We just purchased this townhouse in July of 2013. Most everything is brand new, accept those unique items purchased locally that you just can't duplicate new. We hope you enjoy it.

About Randy Katen
We grew up in California and dated as teenagers. In 1980 after a year or so we went our separate ways. Through a mutual friend we were reunited in 2010. The hard part was Randy now lived in Missoula Montana and I lived in Santa Rosa California. Two years of long distance dating and we knew it was time to come together. We married in the Missoula Courthouse on October 24, 2012 and headed back to California to live and work. The problem was is that we both loved and missed Missoula. Purchasing this townhome is our way of making our dream come true. Our hope is that in doing so we can share our love of one of the most unique and beautiful places we have found in this world.

Condo setting in a convenient location
Comfortable and welcoming
Wonderful place for family to meet for a holiday weekend. The condo was comfortably furnished with everything we might need. The guest book is well put-together and answered any questions. The location is convenient to Missoula’s vibrant downtown. The TV setup was much appreciated so we could take in some Thanksgiving weekend football games. I would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here! Randy was so great to communicate with before and during the stay. Condo is close to everything, truly in the heart of the city. We loved the nearby Good Food store, great grab and go foods to take back to the condo. Very enjoyable stay!

Everything was great! Location , instructions for everything were good too. It was cold and we could have used more blankets in the bedrooms!
Nice but needing some improvements
We stayed at Randy and Donna's place for 3 nights in September 2017. The owners were great and responded quickly to all our questions and gave us complete and detailed instructions on the units location and how to access it.
The unit has many positive attributes. Most of the furnishings were nice and the place was uniquely decorated with lots of beautiful wood and upgrades which were enjoyable. (Heaters in the bathrooms were delightful.) Instructions on how to operate the TV, WiFi, and restaurant locations were available in a book on the kitchen table. Enjoyed the close by walking and biking trail.
There are a few amenities which would have made the unit more enjoyable. The most negative was the sagging mattress and the smelly pillows on the upstairs bed. The chest of drawers was antique and broken and could not be used. The bookcase in the bedroom did not allow room for our luggage to fit anywhere other than the closet. Wash Cloths were missing as well as hand and bath soap. The refrigerator had lots of old food which needed to be removed while the freezer was full which did not allow us room to put our items.
This was the perfect place for us to stay. On a great bike trail. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable furniture. The kitchen was great and loved the table in the kitchen.
