Nice property with pretty views
This property was very nice. Everything worked and was set up wonderfully. The location to the beach was so close.
I paid a good deal of money to stay here. Close to beach about 2 block walk. Only positive part. Beach dirty and they charge you $12.00 per day to park on it. NOT told that by owner. Water good quality.
Owner's 3rd floor condo---going upstairs carpet threadbare, ceilings moldy, stairwell handles weak, door (S) front and patio hard to open and close.
Pool and hot tub dirty from S-TH...so full of bugs and suntan oil.
Condo dirty--had to clean upon arrival; mold in Br and coming from AC vents--bad for asthmatics. Bathtub covered by moldy mat which slips causing daughter a great deal of bruising, underneath moldy mat was tub being eaten away by? Sheets for spare bed dirty and not match. Sheets on bed clean but did not match. Living room floor dirty and greasy.
Outside light shines directly into bedroom...room is brighter at night than day.
Positive: plenty of cooking utensils, and paper products, W/D (yeah), Nice view of pond.
Room and pool were not clean
When we arrived, we had to sweep the floor as it was gritty. The bed sheets were also not clean. Then went to the pool and it was so dirty, you couldn’t see your feet and numerous things were floating around. Probably would not stay there again. Had a nice view though.
simple but relaxing
We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had complimentary soaps needed for hands, dishes and washer. It did not have beach towels or anything to use for the beach such as coolers or umbrellas. I have stayed in these condos before and it was offered previously which was convenient. The kitchen supplies are outdated. Im pretty sure its all from the dollar store which is fine but it (cooking utensils) needs replacing. There wasn't a chopping knife. All in all this was a nice place for the price and perfect view
Could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, but overall it was a nice place! We enjoyed our stay :)
A hidden gem!
I have never been to Texas before but was going for a conference in San Antonio and decided to check out the coast. The area was fantastic: the beaches, the dunes, the local area had everything we could possibly need. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything so we could do some cooking which we enjoy. It is everything that is advertised….and more! Ken Howell was very accommodating with all of our questions. Very seldom do I say I would go back to the same place because there is so much out there to explore, but…. I will be back. Thank you Ken for everything!
Thank you, I do take pride in my little beach place I'm glad you liked it! And you guys are awesome, thanks for leaving it in great shape and please come again!
Located between Padre National Seashore Park and Mustang Island State Park. A short drive to Port Aransas and a short walk onto Whitecap Beach.
