About Genevieve Redman
Aloha, We have been going to Molokai since 2012. Every time we go there we look at properties as we truly love it there and this time we purchased condo B327 at Molokai Shores. It is very exciting for us and we want to share Molokai as it is a very special place. We especially love the Hawaiian people and their music. We currently live in British Columbia Canada and we visit Molokai as often as we can.
Genevieve Redman purchased this Condo in 2018
Why Genevieve Redman chose Kaunakakai
This property is a loft condo and it sleeps 4 adults and two children. .It is located on the third floor of Molokai Shores and it has amazing views of the ocean, lanai, Maui and the waterfront. It is only one mile from Kaunakakai and it very centrally located on the island of Molokai. So you can go to town driving walking, riding a bike or by taking the local free bus. You can also easily go east or west on the island. My husband Ken also learned to play ukulele and goes to jam sessions and ukulele lessons for four times a week at Coffees. We really loved Kalaupapa and at some point we would like to go there and volunteer for a week. The best way to get there right now is to fly as there was a slide that has blocked the trail. Flights are very reasonable and Makani Kai Air is the airline to book for this flight. There are local car rentals available that are reasonably priced.
What makes this Condo unique
Molokai Shores is a very well kept up condo complex with amazing grounds. The local residents and other tourists are very friendly and helpful. You can have a day to totally relax at the condo, or the pool and on the grounds or do some sight seeing on the island. There is a wide variety of wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables available as well as local fish that is sold in the street. Paddlers and Hotel Molokai are great places to enjoy some local music and good food.
