Our newer, comfortably furnished, and tastefully decorated luxury three bedroom, three bath townhome offers you plenty of room to relax! Treat your family to our spacious, comfortable second home with 2000 square feet of living space!
This town home includes a modern kitchen, mountain views, a large deck, and attached single car garage. We have furnished our home with comfortable Colorado Mountain furniture to provide a cozy, relaxing atmosphere for a high country mountain vacation get away.
Feel at home when you walk in on the main floor with its vaulted ceiling and beautiful natural stone fireplace. Take in the mountain views and feel the luxurious comfort of the in-floor radiant heat as you walk around in your bare or stocking feet.
The main level includes a full bathroom, complete laundry facilities, kitchen and dining areas as well as the living room which has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and a large TV and VCR.
Take the stairway down to the lower level which includes all three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, has its own private bath complete with a shower and a large jacuzzi tub, and has a walkout to a patio.
The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a walkout door to the patio. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A bathroom off of the hallway is shared by the second and third bedrooms.
Four world class ski resorts: Arapaho Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge are easily accessible within 20 minutes by car, or else by free ski shuttle. Vail and Beaver Creek are 45 minutes west on I-70.
The Silverthorne Recreation Center is nearby with a large swimming pool, fitness center, water slide, and indoor track. In the summer, Lake Dillon and Dillon Marina are within walking distance and offer canoe, kayak, and boat rentals. Within short walking distance, you can access local restaurants and shopping, a grocery store, and an eight screen theater.

We purchased this property new in 2000, so that we could use it for skiing and summer activities. It is a second home, and we make it available for vacation rentals when we are not using it.

This is our third year staying at Hank's Hideaway and we had a wonderful stay, as usual. The location is great for accessing all the ski areas. The layout is perfect for our group. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked making cooking for a small group very easy. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms spacious. The master suite is very comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer! We will be back next year! Thanks Hank and Cora!
We’ll Be Back!!
Our family of five skis at Keystone over spring break and this condo is perfect for us. We’ve stayed here for the last two years and will stay here for future visits if this unit is available. It’s kitchen is wonderful, we love the layout having all bedrooms on the same level. Plenty of room to spread out and get away from each other, too. 10 minutes drive to Mountain house and very close to the grocery store. Location is perfect and we can’t wait to come back! Excellent rental unit, amazing location, and a wonderful rental experience
We had an excellent experience renting this very well maintained and perfectly located condo.
Very comfortable accommodations, in a beautiful area, with all the amenities of home. Close to shopping and restaurants, and reasonably close to several ski resorts. And of course, it is located in a superb area in the Colorado mountains.
Very comfortable quiet place, just like home! Very convenient location. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect Place for Our Family
When our eldest daughter announced her Dillon wedding date, I began my search for a property that would accommodate our family including my youngest daughter, her husband and two young grandchildren (flower girls) staying with us as well as a secure garage to store wedding décor before the event. I visited with Don and made the right decision to select their condo. The home was well equipped and very clean. A high chair, baby gate and crib were available. There was plenty of room in the secure garage for the wedding decorations. The location is great with a grocery store, Starbucks and restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable
This was our second long stay in this property and we have zero complaints of any kind. Lots of room and the kitchen has everything. Very quiet neighborhood and super close to shopping. The owners are wonderful to work with.
We make every effort for our guests to enjoy their stay, and we really enjoy having guests that decide they like staying at our property enough to return one or more times.
Close to City Market and Dillon Theaters. Just a few blocks from downtown Dillon, and Lake Dillon.
