We are a pet free/dander free home. We cater to families that need (because of asthma or severe allergies) or want an animal free/dander free home.

**Please read the excerpts from our contract at the end of our home description before you request to book. If you request to book, we will be contacting you before we will accept your booking, so please follow up by checking your VRBO/HOMEAWAY messages.

Sea 'N Starz is the picture-perfect family beach house that is also completely 'special needs friendly'. An elevator (free use to our guests) with access to all floors, extra wide hallways, tiled floors and 3 bathrooms each with a large walk in/roll in shower, 2 with tubs, makes this 2800 square foot beauty comfortable and accessible for all.

If you are looking for a vacation property that is only a short walk to the beach, has unobstructed views of the gulf (no homes in front of our house blocking the views, only a vacant lot that we own) , resort style amenities and is ADA wheelchair accessible, then Sea 'N Starz is the beach home for you.

This 2800 sq. ft. home is meticulously maintained. It has an open, unclutttered floor plan, 4 bedrooms (all face the gulf and have unobstructed gulf views) including 2 master suites that have extra-large walk-in closets that can easily hold a pack n play, 3 1/2 baths, 2 separate living areas (2nd floor living area has a queen sofa bed), spacious kitchen w/breakfast bar, over-sized dining area and 780 sq. ft. of outdoor living space on 4 decks including a 10x25 screened in deck off the living room. All back decks, which overlook the "large" 30 ft. private heated pool (no splash pool) have unbelievable, unobstructed views of the gulf (don't forget to bring your binoculars for dolphin watching) and the 2 decks off the front of the home provide sunset views. All bedrooms and living areas have French doors opening onto the spacious decks.

Other amenities include very dependable free WIFI (I have to conduct business while I'm on the Island and reliable WIFI is a must), 50 inch TV in the living room and multiple other TVs/DVDs, cable TV, large private pool (heated for a fee $400) outdoor fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, outdoor deck table, chairs and pool side loungers, 2 park style barbeque grills, plenty of covered storage, 3 covered parking spaces, room to park a boat, golf cart (for a fee $550), close to the beach, right next to the biking/walking trail, close to the center of the island and stores.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESERVATION CHANGES: In the event you must cancel, it must be within 60 days prior to your arrival to receive your full payment minus $250 cancellation fee. No service fees will be refunded. Please note that after the 60 days we cannot refund your reservation/security deposit or your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance payment minus a cancellation fee of $250. Renter may choose to purchase travel insurance separately and it is strongly recommended.

8. ALL RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY. Owner only rents to family groups, couples, and responsible adults over the age of thirty (30). Occupancy and the use of the premises in a fashion that disturbs or offends other residences will be a violation of this contract. Any violation is grounds for immediate eviction without refund of rent or deposit. We want you to have an enjoyable vacation, but you must respect the rights of other residents on the island.

9. OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is strictly restricted to twelve*(12)* persons. Overnight guests are restricted to the number of persons reserved for the premises (maximum of 12). At no time can there be a total of more than twelve (12) people at the premises, including overnight guests and visitors not staying overnight. Renters will be in default of this Vacation Rental Agreement if there are more than twelve (12) persons at the premises at any given time.

12. PETS: We are an animal free/dander free home. We cater to families that need (because of asthma or severe allergies) or want an animal free/dander free home. If an animal is seen on the property or animal hair is detected, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Great Fall Vacation at Sea N Starz

This was our 16th year vacationing on St. George Island and it was as wonderful as every time before. The weather was beautiful (more like summer than fall) and the views from our house were perfect. We had ample room for 7 people, especially enjoying the second living area. The large walk in showers were far more than expected. The house was very clean and neatly arranged for family gatherings. We would suggest a new kitchen oven or the seal around the door be replaced. Also the refrigerator door would not stay closed and had to be monitored regularly. The homeowner was wonderful to work with and I'm sure we will be working with her again regarding St. George beach homes.

We have enjoyed our stay at Sea and Starz. This was our second stay and have been happy both times. It is great for two families. The house is extremely clean and well kept. The owners are easy to work with. We have been coming to St. George for over ten years and this house is wonderful.

It was a great trip. Weather was great. Stormed the last day. This was our third trip to St George. Stayed in plantation first two times. The house was great . Close to stores just a few blocks. Golf cart was nice. Short walk to beach. I highly recommend this house and the Smiths were easy to work with and very Helpful. Also the elevator was helpful. My wife just had knee replacement .I will rent it again.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This was a perfect place for our 3 generation vacation. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and extremely comfortable and convenient. We cooked most of our meals in and the kitchen was wonderful! It is fully equipped and very spacious. We loved the big dining table and especially the screened in porch for meals. Having a pool at the house was invaluable with 4 kiddos. It is a very short and easy walk to the beach. Everything was sparkling clean and well cared for. Communication with the owners was the best we've encountered for a rental. We plan to vacation here again for sure!

We are a very close multigenerational family who have always loved beach vacations and spending time together. It was in 2012, when we traveled to St. George Island for the first time and we knew this was the place for us.

We personally stay in our homes and assure you that they 'are' as they are pictured. We take great pride in our homes and look forward to sharing them with our guests.
