This place is cozy and has all the amenities you will want including a full size washer and dryer. Central AC/Heat, secure internet, ATT U-Verse in all the rooms, smart TVs, TV in main living is 3D with whole-house DVR - great for football Sunday! Some fishing rods and reels available as well, so just bring or buy some tackle and a license and you are good to catch some dinner. There is even an in-room safe to provide peace of mind when you are away fishing or at the pool. And all the dishes and cookware you need for the daily catch. This place has it all and even has the lot next door included for the bouncy pits, volleyball games, horse shoes or other fun. Copy of photo ID required. Minimum age of renter is 24. Why Terry S chose Gulf Coast

This property has the unique character that I had been looking for in a vacation rental. When I saw it on the market and walked in the door the first time with my agent I knew this was the one. I did not want a big party house but wanted to offer a place that is more appealing to those that like nicer amenities and accoutrements. Also a place for a single person or a family of 6 or fewer.

What makes this house unique

Close to it all and big enough for couples or a family without feeling crowded. Granite counters, tile and hardwood floors, 3 TVs with DVR/U-verse, internet, washer and expense spared to make this better than other vacation rentals.

Back bedroom has a pillow top mattress. There are lots of extra pillows and blankets too.

Very clean, very nice area. Love how close it was to the beach. I wish there was a map of the subdivision, it took me 3 walks to find where the pool was.

We loved this home! It was beautiful and clean, well-cared for. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, outside shower to knock off the sand before going inside, very good A/C, and nice water pressure in shower. The private fishing dock was a plus for our boys, and it's very close to the beach - just a few minute's drive. I loved the big front deck as well. The owner was very responsive by phone, email, and text when I had questions. I can't find anything negative about it. You'll love this home!

Easy access to the beach, great neighborhood and amenities

The house had everything we needed and was in great shape. The beach access was right across the street and had a parking lot right at a short dune walk over. We could have walked in just a few minutes, but driving have us is the chance to bring a lot of beach gear over. It wasn't crowded at all.

The neighborhood has a pool, playground, tennis courts, bar and grill, and a nice restaurant. My husband enjoyed having a place to buy bait in the neighborhood and a dock to fish from. He bright his pole, but the house has fishing poles to use.

It was a very enjoyable vacation.

Great place to get away and relax...

anniversary getaway

My husband and I and another couple decided to share our anniversaries for the weekend. The house and location was great for that. Everything was great. We ate one night at the marina restaurant. Fun karaoke entertainment. Beach was very close. Deposit was returned in just a couple of days. Owner answered all questions very promptly. Would definitely rent again.

Great rental property close to everything we needed.

The house was very clean on the inside and included everything my family needed. Big bedrooms and nice living room and breakfast area. There was also a big patio for hanging out with the family. The marina, beach and fishing were all right there. The exterior could use some paint work, but that would not keep me from renting this property again. Great experience and I can't wait to rent again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the comments and glad you had a good time. Yes, there was a reported tornado and driving wind and hail only a few days prior to your arrival. Hail blowing horizontally in very, very high winds caused great damage to many or most houses in the area. It punctured the screens on the north side of the house and made the paint look like a giant shotgun blast hit it. We have an insurance claim pending so cannot paint until the adjuster finishes the inspection.

The Sea Isle community i located approximately 13 miles west of 61st Street and Seawall Blvd on the San Luis Pass Hwy. Sea Isle has many fun activities and amenities including a private fishing/crabbing pier, private beach parking and access, swimming pool, marina, private boat ramps, kids play area/park, tennis courts, basketball courts, 2 restaurants and a bar, small convenience store and regularly scheduled activities. There is a Redbox at the Valero station about 4.5 miles away in Jamaica Beach.
