Peakview Home located in Ski Granby Ranch Resort. The home backs to open space and offers unparalleled views.
The home sleeps comfortably up to 8 people. Upstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms. There is a warm and comfortable great room with a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, grilling deck with table and chairs. The lower, walk out level offers a family/game room, full bathroom and a 3rd bedroom.
The location of this home gives you easy access to the best of Colorado mountains: Skiing at Granby Ranch, golfing at Headwaters Golf Course, boating at Lake Granby, hiking hundreds of miles of trails with amazing views of the Continental Divide, and fly fishing on Fraser River. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances in Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!

Great place to stay! Very clean!
Close to the slopes! Perfect place to stay!
The Townhouse was great. We enjoyed a weekend with our children and grand children. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us (one on the sofa) Parking accommodated all cars, as everyone came at a different time. Beds were comfortable, however the pillows for sleeping were not. That was our only complaint. Remember to bring soap & shampoo for the showers. Thank you for last minute reservations.

This property was perfect for our two families with young children skiing at Granby Ranch. The location was ideal for enjoying all of the activities and amenities at Granby Ranch. The home is laid out nicely and has comfortable common spaces. The kitchen is very well stocked- and we cooked a variety of meals there. The views out of the back of the house are fantastic!! Our group really enjoyed everything about our stay at this house and we would all stay there again!!
Property location was great and the layout worked well for us.
The place was clean and beds comfortable but they were full size instead of queens as listed in the description. .Most of the spot lights in LR were out. It was hard to get heat to the basement. There were no large pots for soup and no place in the kitchen to put the food we brought up so all was left on the counters.

The beds in the house are in fact Queen size as was stated in our advertising. We have checked the lights in the living room and confirm that they are all functioning. We have included in our instructions to turn up the thermostat upstairs in order to get more heat to the basement - the gas fireplace heats upstairs so efficiently that the main furnace doesn't always turn on if the thermostat is set low. We appreciate and pay attention to your comments as we always try to improve our service to our guests.
Month Long Escape
Wonderful property! The owner has it tastefully and comfortably decorated with high quality furnishings. The kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The bedding is very comfortable. The location and view (from the balcony and living area) of the mountains and the golf course in the valley is special.
We booked the property to escape the heat of Texas for the month of August - mornings were in the low 50's and the afternoons in the mid 70's most days. I did not see ceiling fans mentioned in the description/pictures, but most areas have one and with an open window the temperature in the cabin/condo was perfect. Granby Ranch was very quite during the week with very few owners/guests at the other properties. Things picked up a bit during the weekends, but still peaceful with very polite, helpful and friendly neighbors.
The Wifi is high speed and dependable. When I arrived I noticed a problem with the internet access speed - the owner replaced the router quickly and everything worked perfectly. The property manager [Grand Escapes - Will Kaufman] was very professional, returned all my emails and addressed my questions quickly.
While in Grand County we hiked trails, toured Rocky Mountain National Park, took a casino trip to Black Hawk, boated on Lake Granby, fly fished for trout, wildlife viewing, entertained our adult children for a week, and played lots of golf without breaking a sweat. Many other outdoor activities are available. Grand County was a great location and for us was centrally located to fantastic destinations and things to do. Our favorite restaurants - 1) Grand Lake Lodge and 2) Tabernash Tavern. Both are easy drives from the cabin/condo.
One item to consider, the only TV is in the downstairs area and is a great place for all to enjoy. However; if you enjoy watching TV in the bedroom before bed, that is not available.
Located in Granby Ranch, this gourgeous vacation home is minutes away from the base of SolVista Ski Mountain and Jack Nicklaus-redesigned Headwaters Golf Course. A free shuttle is available to take you from the neighborhood to the base of SolVista. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive. There are miles of nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, biking, golfing, fishing, all types of boating, and much, much more.

A cleaning fee of $105 and a 10.0% sales and lodging tax will be added to the total price of the reservation. Rent for 6 nights or more and get 1 night free! Rates are subject to change without notice. We proudly accept Visa and MasterCard. Refundable Security Deposit: $250.00 refundable security deposit is due upon booking. The security deposit will be refunded back to the credit card within 14 days of your departure. Should damage or excessive cleaning occur, the amount of damage or extra cleaning shall be deducted from your security deposit. At the time of booking, 50% of the total balance is due. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If making a reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due upon reservation. Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit is refundable less 3% transaction fee up to 30 days of your arrival. Within 30 days of your arrival, the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable. Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL IS NEEDED FOR EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK OUT. No Smoking or Pets Permitted: All properties are NON-SMOKING and have a NO-PET RULE, no exceptions. Violators will forfeit their security deposit.
