During the winter season, the Sawmill Ski Run ends across the street, providing a quick walk to your lodging and making the end of the day mountain experience near at hand.
LOCATION – Ski Hill Condos are located on the corner of Ski Hill Rd. and Park Ave in Breckenridge. They sit one block from Main Street, two blocks from the gondola, and half a block from the free shuttle stop. Just a few minutes on the shuttle and you will find yourself at the slopes. Downtown does not get much closer than this with shopping, dining and nightlife only a block away.
AMENITIES – There are two bedrooms including a king bedroom with private bath and a bunk bedroom. The living space includes a spacious living room and separate dining area, with a full kitchen. The living room has a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV as well as a gas fireplace, wireless internet, cable TV and DVD player, which will provide hours of fun and entertainment. Hot tubs are on-site so you can soak after a long day skiing or biking; and during the summer, you can sit by the pool and enjoy the warmth of the sun in the quiet Ski Hill community.

Ski Hill Condos - great location!
The condo is in a great location, close to gondola, close to the shuttle and close to town. Our condo was clean, parking underneath a plus and hot tub area was perfect!
A little dated buildings and infrastructure that could use some remodeling but great location.
A little bit of a dated property but worked just fine. Can’t beat the location. Easy walk to Gondola at Breckenridge Station and downtown restaurants and bars.

Very conveniently located near Main Street Breckenridge. Nice facilities. Kids loved my home cooking and all the space. (their apartment is tiny). Love how the kitchen is located close to the spacious dining/living room (great room). Loved everything about our stay.
Great Location in Town
The location of this property can't be beat! Close to the Ski Hill and short walk to restaurants, parks, Gondola, and Bike Paths. There are three baths to accommodate bigger groups and a great layout. While the views aren't spectacular, the unit has many windows and great natural light. We would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here for a ski trip and couldn't ask for a better vacation. The check-in was really easy and the staff were really helpful with dinner recommendations and explaining how the bus system works in town. We had our car but rarely used it because of the proximity to everything. Main Street is only 1 block away and the free bus stop for skiing is just outside the driveway to the complex. At the end of the day, we could even ski down to within half of a block of the condo! The unit itself is nice. There is a lot of natural light from the amount of windows in the main room. The gas fireplace is really convenient as it just takes the turn of a knob to turn on. Some of the furniture and cookware is a little older but we came to ski and not camp out indoors so it didn't bother us. For the price point, it was everything we hoped for.
Cozy and Convenient
This place is a great hub for any outdoor adventuring in Breckenridge with plenty of bed space, bathrooms to accommodate a full house, and room for your gear. The location can't be beat--it's close enough to walk to eat or drink, and on several major bus lines for summit county if you're heading outside of Breck. The house is comfortable with fireplace and patio, and staff are friendly and responsive for check-in/out. Great place to spend your Breck vacation!
