This condo sits directly across the street from the Riverwalk Performing Arts Center and the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle to get you to the slopes quickly.
AMENITIES – You will enjoy the wood-burning fireplace after a long day of skiing in the spacious living area that also has a Flat Screen TV, DVD player and stereo. You can relax in the common area hot tub or unwind in the dry rock sauna. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the mountain sunshine and breathe in the fresh air on the large outdoor common area deck. Cimarron guests also have access to the Upper Village Common Area hot tubs and pool (off-site) located just a short walk from the property on Village Road.

Condo is nicely furnished and ski bus stops right out front.Building has underground parking and an elevator to the 3rd floor unit. There is a large jacuzzi indoors on the first floor.
Within walking distance of main street.
This location was great if you want to be close to Main Street. Keep in mind the base of the mountain is the opposite direction and uphill. It's about a 12 minute walk uphill to the Snowflake lift. We rented ski's from the Grand Timber Lodge Christie Sports which is a ski in and ski out deal. You just have to haul your boots back to the place at night and then in the morning to pick up your skis. Overall great!

Nothing better than summertime in Breckenridge!
My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I enjoyed our time immensely at the Cimarron property. The location is perfect as you can walk most anywhere to enjoy the many things to do in Breckenridge. We made time to even enjoy the hot tub and swimming pool areas which were very relaxing and not very crowded. The condo was well equipped with most everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again! It was a perfect weekend to be in the Breck area as there were many activities to enjoy.
Clean property in a great location and reasonably well maintained.
We spent four nights at the Cimmaron. Communication with pinnacle lodging was excellent via email and otherwise. Check in and check out seamless. Location excellent for access to Main Street as well as Breckenridge resorts. I would definitely stay there again. The heated garage is a real bonus.
Comfortable, convenient, and cozy!
A very convenient location. It was central to the town for shopping, restaurants and mountain biking. Loved having a hot tub. Plenty of anemities from plenty of linens, blankets to paper goods. The condo was very quiet. The place was very clean!
