We live in Australia and have had a lifelong dream to have our own home in Jerusalem.
The 'Dreamtime' is part of Aboriginal mythology which describes the Aboriginal people's spiritual connection to their land.
As we also feel this connection to our ancestral homeland, we have called our apartment 'Jerusalem Dreamtime'.

We spent 5 years looking for the perfect apartment in the best location. Originally a suite of 7 offices, it took us 12 months to create what is now a truly beautiful apartment. It is located in one of the most exciting parts of Jerusalem and is light & bright, and spacious in a modern well-kept building.
Our apartment is located at the end of a small lane and is surrounded by trees. It is so quiet and peaceful that it feels almost pastoral - it is hard to believe that it is only minutes to bustling Emek Refaim Street.
On arrival you will be met by our agent who will be available throughout your stay to attend to any queries you may have or to resolve any issues which may arise.
Your peace of mind and enjoyment of our beautiful apartment is our priority.
We just returned from our second stay at the "Jerusalem Dreamtime" apartment, our second year spending Hanukkah in Jerusalem with our family. The apartment is modern, clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect for walking around the German Colony, First Station or other parts of Jerusalem. We were looking forward to going back and we enjoyed this visit as much as the first. Robert, the managing agent, is very helpful and available. We hope to return again.
We spent Pesach of 2015 and just loved this apartment. It was modern and clean and had great beds (for us that can make or break an apartment!) If I had a problem or question the managing agent immediately responded.
We returned from from Israel this morning and although I'm jet lagged, I wanted to say how lovely this apartment is. It's very well maintained, has comfortable beds in each room and the building and location are top notch! It's an easy walk to Emek Refaim, the main street in the German Colony, as well as other parts of Jerusalem. I recommend it for a family of 6.
We just stayed at this wonderful apartment. It was a fabulous choice for us and for anyone wishing to stay in a real neighborhood in Jerusalem. It is even nicer in person that the pictures reflect and the German Colony was perfect. We were able to walk to grocery stores, great restaurants, banks, a great bagel shop, and small shops within five minutes. In addition, we found it easy to walk to the Old City and to various other neighborhoods as well and indeed walked the city for days without even having to use public transportation although various bus routes come down the main street. All in all it was great and highly recommended.
The apartment is located on lovely quiet street only a short walk to Emek Refaim with its many wonderful restaurants, and grocery store. There is also a convenience store down the street on your way to Emek Refaim. You can easily walk to the Old City and Mamilla Mall and to the new Jerusalem train station mall. The building is very modern and well maintained. The large modern kitchen is open to a nicely furnished living area with a large flat screen television. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the lovely balcony, as well as, relaxing on the balcony with its evening breezes after a long day out. The bathrooms are large and modern with excellent showers/water pressure, and the bedrooms have comfortable beds and great closet space. The air-conditioning is amazing. We were able to shut it off during the day and when we returned to the apartment it cooled down in only a few minutes. Robert is only a phone call away and was extremely helpful. We look forward to renting this apartment again in the future.
This was the perfect place for final week in Israel. The location, the modern, clean and well appointed apt. was appealing from the first step into the lobby. The apt. is airy, modern and well outfitted. Comfortable beds and good linens, ample storage and an easy to follow kosher kitchen. The large balcony with good furniture was perfect for early breakfasts and late day glass of wine...rimmed with flowers and overlooking leafy, lovely neighborhood. German Colony is the place to stay. This apt. only two easy blocks to Emek Rafayim for shops and restaurants. Plenty of taxis nearby. We'd return to this address in a heartbeat!
Perfect for two couples or more with a third bedroom. Manager Robert Klein was excellent in all detail, and very helpful.

Close walking distance from a number of different synagogues. Less than 30 mins walk to the center of Jerusalem or the Old City.

"Check out" time on day of departure is by 1pm. Should you require the apartment for additional hours on that day please discuss with the owner and if this is possible it can be arranged.
Please note that tenants will be charged for electricity used during their stay (the meter is read on arrival and departure). This is common practice in Israel for holiday rentals.
Please also note that a nominal cleaning and laundry charge is added at the end of your stay.
50% of contract price to be paid on signing of the contract.
