Beach And Lagoon Pool View

Very spacious 1 bedroom unit that offers a private bunk area and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a beach view and features a king size bed. Lots of storage drawers and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Private master bath. The bunk area has a lower full size bed and an upper twin bed and is separated by a room darkening/sound barrier curtain and has a TV/DVD. The fully equipped kitchen has a granite bar with 4 barstools plus there is also a table with seating for 4 and additional TV trays are also provided. The living room area offers a queen size/leather sofa sleeper, an oversized chair that converts to a twin bed, a recliner, a rocking chair plus other seating. The furniture in this unit is not your 'typical' rental condo furniture. All furnishings are of an upper end quality. NO vertical blinds in this unit. Custom drapes complete the decor. The washer/dryer are full size/front loads. This unit was bought NEW in 2013 so all of the paint, floor coverings and furnishings are new. The balcony view of the pool and the beach is just perfect from the 6th floor! The balcony has 2 reclining chairs with a side table and 2 additional comfort style chairs with a table. This unit is conveniently located to Pineapple Willy's (next door), Walmart (across the street), and Waffle House (walking distance).

We presently live in the Northwest corner of Alabama. About a 5-6 hour drive to Panama City Beach. We have been vacationing in Panama City for many, many years and had always talked about buying a condo there. We finally made the decision to buy one this year! We love it there! In Alabama, we own COLDWELL BANKER ELITE PROPERTIES and are active Realtors in our local real estate market. We have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. And yes...they are proud we made the condo purchase!!!

We had stayed there before and it had everything and more of what we wanted our 'HOME AWAY FROM HOME' to be. We love the zero entry lagoon pool and all of the activities that are offered for our Grandchildren. Everything you need is right on site...fitness gym, spa, mailroom, gift shop/store and so much more!

We enjoyed our stay at Shores of Panama. Condo 627 is very nice. We would recommend it to anyone! My girls really enjoyed Pineapple Willy's next door too! 😊?

Very nice room and great location. The only problems we had was the wait for the elevators and the

The heaters in both hot tubs were broken. Also the entrance gate to put in the key code for the parking deck was closed off until Thursday which was a bit of an inconvenience. But overall it was a great stay!

Home away from home!

My husband and I travel to Florida a couple times a year and we always stay at the Shores of Panama. The amenities are great and it's in a very convenient location. Unit 627 is by far the nicest unit we've stayed in. The condo was nicely decorated and it felt like we were at a home away from home. I really liked that we had an entry code for the door and did not have to keep up with room keys. The owner was also very helpful when I booked this unit and responded very promptly. We well definitely book Unit 627 for our future travels!

This condo is everything you would and need. Beautiful, fun and so enjoyable. The owners are awesome. I would not stay anywhere else. Maybe one day they will sale it to us. LOL

Outstanding Home Away From Home

After staying many years in condos, this was by far the nicest furnished, most home like of any we have stayed in. The decor was impeccable and the unit meticulously clean! The owner was a real pleasure to work with and provided an accurate description of the unit. She was concerned and involved in every aspect of the rental. Unfortunately, there were not as many nights available at this unit as we needed and we had to stay in another resort rental unit for the remainder of our trip. Although the view was oceanfront and gorgeous, the second unit was not comparable in any way! However, we were impressed with some of the resort personnel, specifically Ashley. We can attest that the first unit (6th floor with reserved parking) we are describing was the "best of the best"! The comfort level alone was sorely missed! We believe this unit is likely without equal in this resort! You can trust us as we saw three other rentals with friends who traveled at the same time!
