About Jessica Gonzalez, Property Manager

My daughter's family live 1/2 mile from our home. We fell in love with this home and purchased it after renting the house during our daughters wedding in 2011. My husband and I stay here whenever we visit Sacramento from the east coast to visit our grandson, Gannon!

Jessica Gonzalez, Property Manager purchased this bungalow in 2011

Why Jessica Gonzalez, Property Manager chose North Oak Park

It is truly your Home away from Home. It is very comfortable and well appointed. It is convenient to all attractions in Sacramento, and a few hours drive to many spectacular California destinations including San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and Napa and Sonoma wineries.

What makes this bungalow unique

This 1913 Craftsman is totally updated. The interior includes new finishes and original detail to make the house unique. The yard is private and offers lots of room to enjoy the garden, outdoor grilling, and hot tub. A new custom master bath was added in April 2015 with a 42 inch glass shower!

Very cozy and convenient

  • 4 of 5

We spent two months here from Feb 1 to March 31. It was very cosy and nicely decorated. The main bedroom had good storage and a very comfortable bed. The second bedroom also had good storage and a comfortable bed. The computer room was separate and contained plenty of maps and tips on things to do as well as games. The bathroom was beautiful with a claw foot tub. The living room had good seating, a large TV, and a large dining table. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. Then there was the beautiful back yard where we sat in the sun every day we could. Not to mention the hot tub. We could easily access all major freeways as well as grocery stores, the co-op and mid town. The owner was extremely easy to work with. We recommend it.

Wonderful Stay

  • 4 of 5

The family and I had a wonderful stay. The area was very conveniently located with many services available. Access to major roads is excellent. Near a High school, so be prepared for band practices. Everything in the house worked perfectly. Did not have any problems. I will definitely consider staying here again. Would highly recommend for small families, though beware steps to get up to the house and to the laundry room.
