About the property

Luxuriously Cozy Little Cottage In The Heart Of Biltmore Village.

Love this spot in Asheville

"I had the good fortune of staying in this wonderful cottage with my husband and daughter for my sister's Asheville wedding. I love visiting this town and the Reed Cottage was a perfect place for us. It is immaculate and warm with a sweet porch that became our favorite place to relax. The convenience of a kitchen/laundry made a weekend away from home with a small child so much easier than staying in a hotel room. The proximity of Biltmore Village was a huge plus for us, as well. Looking forward to my next trip to Asheville and hoping to book this little home away from home again!"

Why Yonder chose Smoky Mountains

We have lived in many places during our lives, have found it easy to call Lakewoodranch, FL home for the past 12 yeas (near Sarasota/ Bradenton area). We have been visiting Asheville for the past 10 years since our daughter moved here. Each trip, we love Asheville more..and now, finally our 1 st vacation home..... Where? No choice, we love coming to the great smoky mountains! Reed Cottage is a beautiful and cozy place tucked behind lots of trees and down a hidden narrow lane only 2 blocks up the hill from Biltmore Village.....and Lily Pulitzer....we love it, and hope you will too!

Thanksgiving Stay

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed the five night stay we had in this cozy, happy little cottage with our children. We cooked our thanksgiving meal and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed walks into the Village and the close proximity to the Biltmore Estate.

Cozy, clean, comfortable cottage

  • 5 of 5

Cottage was "hotel" clean and everything was just as lovely as it looks in the pictures! It had everything you need, from tons of towels/linens to hand steamer and pack and play for a baby. The location is walking distance to Biltmore village, so it was super convenient for a weekend visiting the Biltmore and going to a wedding there. There were no issues getting in or any confusion departing- excellent and responsive management. They even refunded us $100 for overpaying without us asking (we didn't realize we had overpaid). Would definitely stay again.
