Nestled amongst a stand of notorious Gary Oaks, Waterloo2 immerses you in the heart of a private, quiet garden sanctuary. Gaze into the trees and observe the acrobatic gray squirrels, traveling from branch to branch. Hear the melodic bird songs of local sparrows, robins, and swallows. Smell the lingering fragrance of the mature, well-kept garden and surroundings just outside your door. Waterloo2 is a very modern yet comfortable 1 Bedroom, 1 bath, plus TV lounge and kitchenette self contained suite. Outdoor patio space with dining table, allows you to soak up sun in the southern exposure.

This 315 square foot, well designed vacation rental suite features sleeping and sitting areas with modern furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, and a 3 piece bathroom. Waterloo2 is a self-catered accommodation, where you are free to set your own pace and make the most of your stay. Shared laundry facilities are available upon request.

On your arrival there will be a “starter kit” of healthy breakfast food items that you prepare yourself. Always included for your Waterloo2 stay are: selection of coffee and teas, all paper and soap products (excluding hair products), home made jams, sugar, oil and vinegar, and some spices. Fresh herbs are right outside your door during summer stays.

Whether you stay for a night, a weekend, a week, or a month, this beautiful, private garden suite contains everything you will need to ensure a fabulous and memorable stay.

Your hosts, Ron and Cathie, will welcome you with open arms, but there will be no need for awkward conversations and interactions. Your hosts will be available to offer recommendations on dining, attractions, shopping, and more!

We so enjoyed our 5 days! The small touches were so appreciated....things like white fluffy bath towels, a whole bar of soap for the shower, silky sheets, homemade scones and jam in the fridge plus oj, butter, milk and eggs, coffee, tea and cereal in the pantry. Cathie was lovely....showed us where everything was when we arrived, then checked in a couple times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The perfect hostess!!! Thank you so much!

Lovely Spot!

I had a very comfortable three-week stay at the Waterloo Garden. The suite was very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, and the hosts Cathie and Ron were always available if needed. When I arrived there was some homemade foods in the fridge, which was a nice bonus! The place itself is in a very quiet location, so it's a good spot to relax, but it's also easily accessible (and close to the bus for those without a car). I am very grateful to have found this place on short notice and definitely recommend staying here!

Quality Product

It was immediately clear that Cathie and Ron had put a lot of thought into the needs of their customers. The separate entrance and the high standards for cleanliness are just the first things you notice, there are many more. And staying in this quiet neighborhood and looking over the garden each day makes it very easy to choose this option over something like a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Super Rental!

The suite was clean and had everything that we (a couple) needed. Several breakfast items provided in the mini fridge were homemade. All the homemade food was delicious. A small issue with the television reception was quickly fixed by the hostess. Both the host and hostess were very friendly and helped make our stay special. We would definitely stay here again. It was easy to find, not far from sights or downtown, and quiet at night.

Pleasant and Peaceful

This is the second time I have stayed at Waterloo Garden. It is impeccably clean, kitchen fully equipped (with great coffee and homemade bread) and located in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. 2 min walk to the bus stop for downtown or the University campus. Restaurants are a little further trip. I would definitely recommend a stay.
