Beautiful Boulder Home

  • 5 of 5

We (a family of 5) stayed in this lovely home for four months and truly enjoyed the experience. It was like staying in a five star hotel. The furnishings are very nice and the home is well kept. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The house is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, including the best supermarket in Boulder (Alfalfa's), as well as the public library and the Flatirons. The owners were very helpful and attentive. The whole family highly recommends this home rental!

Clean home with great access to everything

  • 5 of 5

My family of five stayed in this home during the summer of '16. The home itself is very well maintained. There's a large and comfortable master bedroom and a beautiful master bath. The kitchen has all the amenities and there's a nice back patio. The location of the house is excellent - it's a short walk to downtown Boulder, the Hill, Boulder Canyon and Chautauqua. It's the epicenter of convenience. The owners, Theresa and Kirk, are also available and helpful. I'd stay there again!

Perfect Boulder / Denver Stay

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in University House for 3 days / nights as part of a 2 week trip from Denver to Yellowstone and Seattle. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, exactly what we were looking for and what was advertised. It was clean and fully updated, very tastefully done, with all the extras that you might expect, including a gift basket with some local goodies. We absolutely loved the Boulder area, what a lovely town with great little shops and restaurants. We were much happier staying here as opposed to being in the Denver area. Some great day trips included Mt. Flagstaff, Mt Evans (a must), Red Rocks Amphitheater and a visit to Denver. In Boulder, strolling Pearl Street in the evening was a favorite for the family.

We would highly recommend this house as a base of operations for visiting in the Boulder and Denver area!
