From the moment your eyes rest upon the professionally landscaped exterior of this home, you will know you have found someplace extraordinary! Located close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the Caloosahatchee River bridges, this home offers the choice of experiencing all Cape Coral/Fort Myers has to offer or relaxing and rejuvenating yourself.....or both! The home is situated on a saltwater canal with easy access to the gulf. Revel in the magnificent Cape Coral sunsets from the west-facing dock while resting under the palms of the 12 foot tiki hut. Entertain on the spacious covered pool deck while preparing a mouthwatering meal on the infrared gas grill for your family or guests. Float in the (electric)heated pool. Sip a cool beverage while seated at the in-pool table. Soak in the spa while the water splashes across the spill-over into the pool below. This is Cape Coral living!

Come inside to the open-concept interior....or bring the outside in by pushing open the double sliding patio doors! The spacious kitchen boasts a generous granite counter top with bar seating areas on two sides. It is well-appointed and is equipped with dishwasher, stainless appliances and water and ice dispensing refrigerator. Always be part of the action, whether the action is at the kitchen table, on the lanai or happening in the family room on the 58' led smart TV with DVD/blue-ray player and PVR. Or, to quiet things down, the formal dining area offers a view of the water and of the living room with over-sized sofas (one a sleeper sofa) to curl up on and lose yourself in a book or conversation. A quiet corner also provides a desk and wireless printer for your laptop. The home is equipped with cable, WiFi and portable phones for free local and US/Canada calling.

The master suite provides a stunning view of the pool, canal, and beyond through the French doors which open onto the enclosed lanai. The king sized bed, occasional chair and 47' smart led TV offer a private retreat. The en-suite bath with granite counter-tops, double sinks and pebble stone shower compliment the huge walk-in closet.

Double sinks and granite counter-tops also adorn the second bath, complemented by a tub and shower combo. Twin beds with a generous walk-in closet and a queen bed with a view of the pool complete the sleeping areas of the home.

This home is our vacation home, which we chose because of it's gulf access location and it's fantastic layout. The layout of this home offers both open-concept living as well as quiet corners to escape into. We had this home renovated by Carney Properties who did an amazingly beautiful job transforming it into an up-to-date home and into the home that we had looked for but never found.

What makes this villa unique

Upon arriving, you will be greeted by the sight and scent of the gorgeous cedar trellis which welcomes you through the gardens and along the path to the front door of our home. Already you are somewhere special!

Felt like our second home

From the moment we arrived this home made us feel relaxed, the owner and property management were great to deal with and our 3 week stay went very smoothly. The numerous extras in this house when compared with others we've rented in the same area made it very special and we intend to return next year.

The property is very clean, well furnished with good quality items, fully equipped and properly maintained which hasn't been the case at some other properties we've rented. The master bed (the only one we tried) was very comfortable and throughout the house we were delighted to find a fantastic supply of bathroom and kitchen supplies which meant we didn't need to rush out to buy cleaning materials etc. after a long flight.

The provision of a smart TV was great for us to be able to watch US TV shows not available in the UK on the nights we stayed at home to eat. Cooking meals in such a well equipped kitchen was really easy, we couldn't think of anything that was missing and thanks Harold and Marnie for leaving us some "extras" as you'd stayed in the house just before us.

The outside space was our favourite area, especially as full instructions are provided explaining easily how to heat the pool and spa. We spent many hours floating around the pool soaking up the sun then used the shaded area to cool off and relax on the comfortable sun loungers.

Fishing from the dock in the canal using rods from the garage, was also fun and we saw leaping mullets everyday.

The house is situated in a very quiet area with no passing traffic which made the whole experience very relaxing for us but a short drive away finds you at a wide variety of shops and restaurants. We love shopping when we visit Florida so enjoyed our time at the nearby outlets at Miromar and Sanibel and we visited Edison Mall and other local and National stores.

I was very impressed at the speed of receiving the refund of the security deposit from Harold, I received the email confirmation before I'd actually arrived back home in the UK, many thanks.

This home in a beautiful part of Florida is wonderful and will suit couples (like us) and families of all ages. We'll see you next year!

Beautiful, clean, perfect for our family of 6!

This is the first VRBO we have stayed where the pictures were a true representation of this property. The layout is magical with the kitchen in the center overlooking the dining and living rooms, pool and canal. This property lacked any sort of dirt or dust, it was impeccably clean. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Great Stay and a great place

This home was so very well stocked and set up for guests that it was so easy to settle into for the week. I highly recommend the home and the owners were also easy to work with and thoughtful. There was issues at first with the hot tub heating and a fuse that kept tripping that the property manager took care of incredibly promptly and we had no further issues at all. The team of manager and owner were stellar. Convenient location but do note the $2 toll to come over the bridges into Cape Coral but that was minor and this is a great place!

Beautiful Canal Home

We stayed in March2017 at this lovely home on the canal. It was clean, spacious and well stocked with household and pantry items. Close to amenities, beaches etc. The pool was perfect for the two of us, and the master suite bed was so comfy!

Nice clean large garage for our rental car, and excellent washer and dryer with all cleaning products supplied. Nice touch! Didn't have to do laundry when we got home! 👍🏼

I recommend this rental home to anyone who wants to just get away! It was great! 😎

Best place for your money hands down!

Me my wife and kids have stayed here two years in a row and its a beautiful home with all the options you could want. The property owners as well as the property manager is a pleasure to work with and I am telling you that you will not be disappointed in this home. It is close to everything and in fact you may not even want to spend time anywhere but at the house thats how nice it is!
