Spend your holiday with your family in our newly built, luxurious Spanish style estate near famous Venice Beach. The house is a spacious two-story, 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located on a quiet street in famed Venice Beach.
The house is an architectural gem designed n with 16 foot cathedral ceilings, carved wooden beams, custom tile, terra cotta tiled floors, and an award winning garden with fountains.
The house can sleep 6 to 8 people very comfortably. We can also provide a queen airbed for an additional couple in the office if needed.
Cook your holiday meals in a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and a pantry complete with spices. The dining room table expands accommodate 12 people and you can use a fold out table if you have more guests.
There is also a state of the art outdoor kitchen in the private courtyard garden, complete with it's own refrigerator, huge grill, and gas burners -- perfect for BBQs and outside dining.
The Master Bedroom is the most romantic place you will ever stay. It's complete with King Bed, two balconies, a kitchenette, fireplace, jacuzzi tub with it's own TV, treadmill, and amazing views.
The entire house has a state of the art sound system. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen with DirectTV and Apple TV.
Famous Venice Beach is 10 blocks away where you can soak in the local bohemian artistic flavor that Venice is famous for. Abbot Kinney, where you can shop for antiques and eat in hip fab restaurants, is a five minute bike ride away, and so are the picturesque Venice Canals.
Also near by is the Marina Del Rey shopping centers, movie theaters, and the very popular Santa Monica Pier where you can take a ride on a Ferris wheel over the ocean and hit the trendy bars and cafes on the upscale Santa Monica Promenade.
Also included in the price is weekly maid service which includes changing and cleaning linens.
Our home is 15 Minutes From Lax. Santa Monica is 10 minutes away. If you want to go into Hollywood, the Valley, or Downtown all are about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. If you need a car there is an Enterprise car rental nearby which will pick you up. We will Provide You With An Off Street Parking Spot.

We spent 2 years remodeling our house in order to turn it into the unique, spacious, welcoming and beautiful home it now is. The perfect location is close to the beach, Abbot Kinney Blvd., and all of the other fun and excitement that Venice offers, and yet still on a quiet residential street that offers peace and serenity. 2 parking spots in driveway and plenty of street parking.
The indoors and outdoors flow together in this house that's centered around a totally private, lush garden courtyard complete with state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen and a fire pit. Inside, the open floor plan provides a spacious, welcoming feeling while still providing plenty of privacy for all.
Judy was a great host both before and during our stay she helped us with any questions we had and responded quickly. She keeps her home in tip top shape both clean and beautiful. It's a nice quiet neighborhood we walked to the store and walked a lot in the neighborhood. My nephews enjoyed riding the bikes she provided. We cooked large family meals and barbecued too. Her cooking facilities are great are the large open kitchen to family room is just what we like. She provided extra tables and chairs for our large Christmas dinner too. Her cats are fun to have around and stay mostly outside. My Uncle is very allergic to cats and didn't have any problems staying there. We will come back here for other family reunions.
Just 1 mile from Venice Beach and the Venice canals, and we provide the bicycles to get there. Trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard is less than 1/2 mile away, and you can drive to the new Santa Monica Place mall in 15 minutes. We provide off-street parking, and public transportation is just 2 blocks away.
