This is a quiet but easy access 1 bedroom 1 bath condo unit in the Sports Village.

It is upstairs with only 3 other units in the building. The sidewalk parking is only a few feet from the unit and there is a single car garage with automatic garage door with keypad access to store your vehicle (keep it clean and safe). The garage is nice since the sprinklers go on a few times a day and can make your car dirty. I value a clean car when I travel and this is a nice plus. Additionally, if you have valuables, its a great way to keep your car stored and also keep it cool from the hot summer sun.

The balcony faces a very relaxing water fountain which helps to drown out people sounds. The washing machine and drier are in the balcony also so you barely hear it while inside the condo with the sliding door closed. There are 4 patio chairs for the balcony that I keep indoors to keep them clean when I am not there. I ask that you put them back in the condo when you leave. The barbecue gas grill is new and is covered.

All the furniture are newly purchased. There is queen bed along with a reclining love seat with center console. All the utensils, plates, cups, bowls, toaster oven, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are included The trash compactor works but I do not use it since I like to throw away the garbage frequently. Its basically used at a fancy garbage can.

All the appliances are new and are stainless steel. Due to the size of the condo, the refrigerator can be heard when it cycles on for those who have sensitive ears.

3 new bar stools are there for seating at the counter.

There is 50 inch LED TV with cable TV and Blue Ray DVD player. Also, there is a 21 inch LCD TV with cable in the bedroom.

There is access to the clubhouse, gym, the family pool as well as the adult pool.

The unit is about 650 SF so it is perfect for a couple and maybe a 2 more people. The love seat recliner may sleep an additional 1-2. My kids love it since they can lay down and watch on the big TV. There is a queen and twin air mattress with built in air pump that may suit an additional quest instead of the sofa bed (just my personal opinion).

This is a new condo for me so I have made it to my liking and also I like it clean and comfortable.

You will notice that half of the other Sports Village condos share a common access door with up to 5 other units and if there is a family with lots of kids, this can be annoying. This unit's entry door faces the street but sounds are very minimal. The condo is away from noises of the family pool but a decent enough walking distance. The 3 other condos in this building are 1 bedrooms so they do not attract multiple families stays and this helps with less noises.

The condo does have WiFi. Additionally, the clubhouse does have an average wifi hotspot.

The cleaning is done by Clean Sweep Porse prior to your arrival and will be cleaned after your stay. They supply clean sheets and towels. Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, foil, trash liners and soap are supplied. The cleaning fee per stay is $65.

Let me know what I can do to make it a home away from home after you leave. I know there are things that I haven't thought of yet or missing items from the condo. So helpful criticism would be much appreciated.

Lastly, any of the food there such as spices, condiments , water bottles, or anything that it makes sense to use what we have rather than make a run to the store, you are welcome to use. I figure that if you need a little ketchup, salt or margarine, why buy the whole container. Of course, you can contribute what you buy but are also welcome to take them home.

Why Roland Abundo chose Utah

I have always wanted to have a getaway and additional property. This was on my bucket list. Many people talk about the quick getaway to St. George since it is only 4 hour drive from Salt Lake City. The Sports Village was up my alley since it was affordable, in a quite but easy access part of town and it sports-orientated amenities. I want responsible caring travelers who aren't messy and will take care of my condo.

What makes this condo unique

What I love about my condo is how close it is to drive to and the quiet location that it is in with easy access. Of the 4 units in this building, the one next to me is a couple that I seldom see and the 2 units below mine, I almost never seen any renters. What I also love about this condo, that I almost took everything out of the unit less the cabinets and tiles and made it look the way I wanted to as if I was to live in it full time.

The condo was clean and quiet. The wifi, after a reboot, was very good. The TV channel selection was excellent. The neighborhood provided good access to Snow Canyon, Zion Canyon (Kolob) and all services. The weather was great for hiking and walking.

Clean, pleasant and comfortable

This lovely condo had everything I needed for a week-long stay. Very comfortable bed and a nice, , well-equipped kitchen, with a garage space and laundry and every convenience.

Quiet is very important to me, and most of the time it was very peaceful, but the walls are a little thin and a family with kids next door made some noise at times. All in all, a great place to stay.

Nice stay

Excellent location and stay.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roland's condo. He was very responsive during the booking process and the unit was exactly as described. His arrival and departure instructions were easy to follow. We loved having access to the garage as it kept the car nice and cool and allowed us to leave a few items safely tucked away overnight. This was a great "home base" for our trips to Zion, Bryce, North Rim Grand Canyon, among others. I highly recommend this quiet location for others looking to get away to an area with great scenery or for those adventure seekers looking to explore Utah's parks. Thanks for a great stay, Roland!

A relaxing four days.

The rental was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. It was located close to the lap pool which we enjoyed each morning, swimming and relaxing by the pool with our coffee and newspaper. After a day of hiking the pool was again our place to relax.
