While we reside in California, this is our 'home away from home'. We just love the area and the climate. We have a number of interests, like golf, baseball and going to Spring Training; and of course shopping and enjoying the fine and casual dining the restaurants afford.

If you LOVE Spring Training and the Super-Bowl...this is the place to be! Other activities include Championship Golf; World Class Shopping and Dining; Hiking and Biking Trails; Horseback Riding; Trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona including Jeep Tours and Helicopter, Private Plane and Hot Air Balloon Excursions; Rental Cars and Limousine Services; Theater tickets to Plays and Musicals; Beauty and Massage Therapy at Resort Spas including Facials, Manicures & Pedicures and many more Services and Adventures. Our condo is located in the right place to enjoy these numerous activities.
Also, Phoenix/Scottsdale are well known for the MAYO clinic.
This condo was the perfect place for our stay in North Phoenix. We needed to be close to the Mayo Clinic for some medical concerns, and the location of the condo was extremely convenient. The condo is beautifully decorated, maintained and equipped with everything one could want away from home. The location was also convenient to a nice mall with stores, restaurants, movie theater. Within Toscana Ridge, the condo is extremely close to a beautiful pool area which gave us a most relaxing spot to recuperate. There is also a very nice gym connected to the pool. Chris, the owner, was beyond helpful in making our stay such an excellent one. She is always available by phone to ask any questions about the condo or about the area. We would like to return someday when we can totally be there for fun.
My husband and I spent almost 7 weeks in AZ at this lovely property. It could not have been more relaxing and stress free. The condo was beautifully appointed with more than the required amenities. The Toscana resort is beautiful and well cared for. We enjoyed everything. Thanks to the Buchners for hosting us. We would highly recommend this property and experience.
This condo was as advertised. It is a well maintained, very clean and well equipped condo that has a beautiful large pool with more than adequate kitchen. Comfortable beds and good quality bedding made for a comfortable stay. The property is in a convenient and safe neighborhood with across the street access to restaurants and a small grocery store. A short drive to many more shops and services. The owner provided prompt resolution for one small problem that occurred.
We are an active retired couple and would recommend this property to friends.
My wife and I just spent a glorious month in this fabulous condo. The condo itself was flawless. It is nicely decorated and yet very comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and the office is a nice extra. Also a roomy well supplied kitchen and laundry room, and a very comfortable family room.The grounds are immaculate, and the pool was very close and very enjoyable.
We were fortunate that the owner Chris was there to meet us and give us a thorough walkabout. She checked in with us a couple of times during our stay just to make sure everything was ok and let us know to contact her if we needed anything. As it was, there was no reason to contact her.
I can't say enough about how great this condo is. The location is perfect, with access to the entire NE valley including the quaint towns of Cave Creek and Carefree. It is just off the freeway which gets you access to all of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area and attractions.
It will be hard to adjust to the rest of the Midwest winter after spending a month in such a marvelous place with such perfect weather.
We are looking forward to another trip to the valley and spending more time in the home we found away from our home.
If you love golf, shopping and taking in Spring Training, Phoenix is the City to visit.

2. A lower rate is available for long term (3 months or longer) renters.
3. A Move In-Move-Out deposit of $300 is required. Net deposit is refundable.
4. Deposit of $300. is required to cover a.) Purchases of 'On Demand' TV Movie Rentals b.) Utility expense over $75 per month. Renter is expected to pay the incremental expense. c.) If renter experiences lost keys, key-fabs or clickers, etc., the actual cost to replace these assets is deducted from this deposit. Net deposit less actual expenses is refundable.
