Spectacular Oceanfront Home Great Exumassa, Bahamasaarilla!

Tämä tilava huvila (6 makuuhuonetta, 4 & 1/2 kylpyhuonetta, 2 täysi keittiö) tarjoaa kolme kerrosta asuintilaa - henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Elizabeth Harbor ja Crab Cay.

Keittiö pääkerroksessa on armollisesti varustettu Thermador laitteet ja graniitti laskurit. Keittiö avautuu ruokailutila ja olohuone on laajat näkymät Elizabeth Harbor & Crab Cay. Alakerrassa on dramaattinen kaksikerroksinen lämpiö ja puoli kylpy sekä makuuhuone (queen) ja oma kylpyhuone (pesuallas, suihku ja wc), jossa ranskalaiset ovet avaamisesta oma parveke.

Ylimmässä kerroksessa on oma makuuhuone sviitti (parisänky) 2 ranskalaiset ovet avautuvat ulkopuolella kannella näkymät Elizabeth Harbor & Crab Cay. Makuuhuoneessa on vaatehuone ja suuri mestari kylpyhuone poreamme, graniitti kaksinkertaisella lavuaarit, suuri suihkukaappi jossa on kaksi erillistä showerheads, ja wc.

Pohjakerroksessa on oma keittiö täysikokoinen jääkaappi, jääpalakone, astianpesukone, pesuallas, mikroaaltouuni ja graniitti laskurit. Tämä keittiö avautuu olohuone ja 4 makuuhuonetta: 2 queen beds, 1 ja 2 erillistä vuodetta, ja 1 astella sänky, joka muuntaa kuningas. Nämä neljä makuuhuonetta jakaa kaksi vieressä "jack-n-Jill" tyyliset kylpyhuoneet (jokaisella on suihku, pesuallas ja wc). Myös pesukone / kuivausrumpu sijaitsee alakerrassa.

Suuri uima-allas, suoraan pois alakerrassa, on katoava reuna ja katsoo ulos Elizabeth Harbor ja Crab Cay. Allasalue on ulkona kuulu baari graniittinen ja sisäänrakennettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä kaasugrilli. Yksityistä laituria (voivat majoittaa jopa 30-jalka veneen) sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä uima-allasalueella.

This is the most amazing rental we have stayed at in Georgetown! The house was perfect and the listing is very accurate. If possible it is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We had a couple questions during our stay and the local contact was prompt and very helpful! We had a group of 12 well traveled adults and everyone was very pleased!!! I highly recommend the property, the location is great, very private yet convent to town. We will be back in the future!

Gorgeous Rental

One of the most gorgeous rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Stunning views. Great space for our family of 10 to spread out in and have their privacy. Was great to have the dock where the boat cruises we booked could pick us up. We will definitely be back!

What a house! Nicer than the pictures show. One bed was needing repair but we had an extra room so it didn't affect us. As nice as anywhere I've stayed in the Bahamas, and I've been around!

All we needed

We had a great stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, organized, and stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. The kitchen was decently equipped (a bit dated), making meal prep easy. Tracy was an exceptional host—always available to answer our questions and offering fantastic recommendations for everything we needed on the island. The location was perfect and safe, with a lovely restaurant and a small beach just next door, which we enjoyed a lot since we didn’t have a car. The pool was clean and a great spot to relax. When the A/C broke, Tracy had it fixed within 12 hours—her responsiveness was outstanding. Highly recommend this home for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Great home...amazing location

Home was very nice and location was great! We enjoyed the pool and the club house next door with Rusty Anchor and cool chill pool. Giving 5 stars because home was amazing and property manager Tracy was great. Wine refrigerator never worked...think it may have been hit by lightening before our stay...we made Tracy aware of it. Beds were comfortable and was nice after all day on the water or in the sun. Only things we could suggest would be more pool towels for 12 people and floats for the pool.

The location was excellent and the pool & dock were great. The space inside was great but the house needs major TLC. The dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave all need to be replaced. The dishwasher is falling apart, the stovetop is cracked, the oven doesn't heat properly and the microwave is old. There is some mold is various areas in the house and the water pressure was terrible. There were several pieces of furniture outside on the top deck broken and needs to be replaced as well as the outdoor grill. Tracy, the property manager was fantastic and addressed all of our concerns. The owner needs to spend some money to repair and replace these items to justify the price of the rental.

A little bit of Paradise

The home was exactly as presented. Absolutely beautiful in a superb location. Perfect size for our extended family. Pool was about same temperature as the ocean so it was perfect for hot, sunny days. Water pressure on the third floor was weak but water on the island is a bit of an issue. In fact one day water was cut off to the south part of the island for hours but Tracey kept us in the loop on repair progress. It would be helpful to have a good supply of garbage bags and sink cleaner provided. So many species of aquatic creatures right off our deck! The Rusty Anchor restaurant is definitely a great place to eat. Avoid road travel at night as driving is a challenge at the best of times and night is pretty risky. Have never seen such crystal clear water and sand like icing sugar. People are incredibly polite and welcoming. Exuma is truly a unique and wonderful place to come and explore!

Crazy Beautiful!!!!

My husband brought me and 12 of our family and friends to stay here April 6 - 10th, 2019 for my 55th birthday celebration. It was a freaking amazing home and had plenty of room for all of us! Diane was very accomodating and answered all of my questions quickly and made special exceptions for us. We arrived early and Tracy the house manager was very sweet and allowed us to sit by the pool until the house was ready. The house is in a wonderful gated housing complex that is literally right next to the beach club where you can get drinks and food. It has the most amazing views of Elizabeth harbor and the most wonderful sunrises you've ever seen! We rented 2 boats at Minns Water Sports (apparently the only place on the island that allows you to captain your own boats). We had such a wonderful time and the people on the island are so nice! Also took a private tour to pig island on our last full day and swam with Giant sea turtles, sharks and pigs and went to a beach where there were dozens of huge iguanas! It was an amazing time and I am so thankful to have found this little piece of paradise.

Great Location but house needs serious TLC

Unfortunately we experienced an overwhelming amount of problems with this house It was not at all up to the standard we would have expected for the price we paid: 1. Leaks- we experienced leaks in the ceiling of the bedroom on the main floor during our stay. There is also broken moulding in the great room and what appears to be significant water damage. Musty smell as well 2. Bedding- the bedding in the house is woefully inadequate. Most of the rooms have a thin coverlet that looks very old and worn. The pillows in the house are about 1 inch thick. This is not what you expect when renting a house for this price. 3. Kitchen- the kitchen is not well stocked at all for large families. There wasn’t even a corkscrew or a bottle opener. The dishwasher didn’t work, you could run the dishes through 3 or 4 times and they are still dirty. Also the oven would not get hot enough even after preheating for long periods of time. We had a private chef come and he said if he would have realized that it was that house he would have never agreed to come 4. Laundry- the dryer also does not work. You have to run a load 3 or 4 times to dry the clothes. 5. Bathroom shower heads had so much buildup that water barely trickled out No water pressure in kitchen 6. Dock - No cleats on the dock to tie larger boat so we had to secure boat to the pilings Tracy the property manager was amazing and is doing the best she can but there are a lot of things that need to be addressed by the owners

Beautiful

The trip was great! We enjoyed showing our family around the island and spending quality time together. We’re pretty laid back, so it takes a lot to bother us. We did wish for better weather, but we knew the risks of booking during hurricane season! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, allowing us to make breakfast and a few dinners, and the kitchen always had what we needed. No complaints at all. The owners had made a lot of updates to the home, and more were underway as we were leaving. The property manager’s dad was super nice and helpful while TT was on vacation, and we even had the pleasure of meeting her on our last day. Overall, we got more out of the trip than just a place to stay—and that’s exactly how it should be.

House is beautiful but needs TLC

House is very pretty but needs a good bit of work. Lots of space and rooms but crown molding is rotting above den windows and I think that’s where the musky smell was coming from. Ceiling peeling in kitchen above fridge and other places that need repair and fresh paint. Mattress in master was awful and made me and husband have to take ibuprofen every morning from sleeping on it. My daughter had to sleep on sofa in den because her room was so hot and wouldn’t cool. She was staying on main floor. The concierge failed to share the notice with us that the island had shut the water off from 6 pm-5am. Water didn’t come back on until around 11 am. I had to find out from the guards at the front gate what was going on and had to reach out to concierge to ask. I won’t stay here again, but love grand Exuma and will be back.

Beautiful home and location

This home has plenty of room for a large group. It is well appointed and located. Only a mile from town, it is easy to get groceries and boat rentals. There were a few small issues (not anything the owner or manager was responsible for) like losing power and losing water for a good amount of time on a couple of days. But that may be expected on an island. The manager was very responsive when contacted. Overall a great, short stay and would reserve this beautiful home again.
