My husband is a New Orleans native and I have been in NOLA for 20 years. Locally owned, so we’re super easy to get in touch with if you need us. We take pride in our properties, try to add little touches throughout & have them professionally cleaned after each guest.

ABOUT US • We are both huge ANIMAL LOVERS, love dining out, trying new food & supporting Cystic Fibrosis.

ME • I am a Realtor and renovate houses. I love thinking outside the box & being creative & often come up with the fun ideas such as bright pops of color in our renovations (because let’s face it, life’s too short for beige). Of course, it's not all fun & games, I actually have a PINK Suede tool belt, matching pink safety glasses and just got my favorite tool of all, my DEWALT FLEXVOLT CORDLESS DOUBLE BEVEL SLIDING COMPOUND MITER SAW. Black COFFEE is my favorite and I am a computer geek (APPLE of course)!

MY HUSBAND • Runs 5 miles every day, is in the entertainment business & is a huge sports enthusiast (LSU, SAINTS, SF GIANTS, MASTERS, ETC.) His favorite time of year is MARDI GRAS because he rides on the TUCKS Parade & his favorite food is crawfish.

OUR PETS • We have 3 wonderful dogs, “Tallulah, Mr. Potluck & Chi Chi” and a couple cats…they are our kids (and no, they don't live in our vacation

Convenient Uptown location walking distance to Riccabono's Panola St Cafe. Robert's Grocery store, Walgreens and Chase Bank are very close...hop on down to the French Quarter and easy access to many places!

What makes this house unique

We fell in love with this house because it has a ton of natural light, great open floor plan with lots of storage! It's nice to open the windows while throwing dinner parties to get some fresh air....Neighbors are great & it's a nice and quiet street (very relaxing after a day in the French Quarter)

Great spot!

We loved this home! Beautifully decorated with many nice details. Loved the 'coffee bar' and back patio. Linens/beds are lovely. Well stocked modern kitchen. Very close to Tulane, Carrollton/St. Charles street car.

Luca Eats sandwich shop on the corner for lunch. Panola's Breakfast one block away. Grab this one, it is a winner!

wonderful place to stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. As soon as I booked the reservation I received an email from the owner confirming the reservation and all the details of our reservation. Once we arrived I loved how parking was right in front of the house. We were a party of 5, 2 adults, 3 children, ages 6, 10 and 12. The house was spacious for us and having 2 bathrooms is great! The house comes supplied with everything you would need. The beds and pillows are do comfortable and the sheets are very soft. The patio out back was great too. We will definitely be back!!

This Is The Place To Stay In New Orleans!

If a product or service just "meets" your expectations then I don't think that is sufficient enough reason to write a review, it means that product or service lived up to what it or they said it would do in the first place. In my opinion, reviews should be intended for goods and services that fall into two categories; Those that fail to meet expectations and those who exceed them.

On my flight home from New Orleans, I was already thinking about what I was going to say about this fantastic property. It exceeded its written promise ten times over. It was spacious, modern, easily accessible in a quaint neighborhood. Reasonably priced for the time we were there which centered around the St. Patrick's parade in the Irish Channel. We had several friends who live in New Orleans stop by and do a "local" inspection, and they were blown away by the quality of the property.

It was the "little" things that impressed my family and me. The communication before, during, and after our stay. The Keurig 2.0 coffee brewer with an endless amount of coffee pods. New appliances, tv's in every room, a back patio for relaxing and reviewing or planning your day in the Crescent City.

We did not rent a car; it was not necessary because the home is a five-minute walk to the St. Charles streetcar line. Purchase a 3 or 5-day Jazzy Pass, and you are ready to go!

What your are reading here isn't doing this property the justice it deserves. If you are considering this property, rent it now before someone else does! This home is the place to stay in Uptown New Orleans!

Surprise trip to New Orleans

We had a vacation planned for Tybee Island, Georgia and because of hurricane Matthew we had to change plans. So we decided to head for New Orleans driving from Ohio. I got online and started picking places. We were lucky enough to find Sunny Exposure and the owner Angela went out of her way to help us. The house was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. She even had an awesome coffee bar! We enjoyed our stay. If you do pick this house Jacques-Imo's restaurant on Oak Street is a great place to eat.

Plenty of NOLA Charm

Great centralized location for shopping, dining and easy commute to the French Quarter. The property is well maintained and beautifully appointed and I would definitely stay here again. Angela, the owner was very easy to work with and made our trip very pleasurable.

PLUS many neat nearby boutiques, restaurants and bars on Oak & Maple St.

In addition, Audubon Park/Zoo/Golf & Tulane/Loyola are right around the corner.

HUNGRY?....walk for Breakfast & Lunch to LUCA EATS just one block away or Riccobono's Panola Street Cafe a couple blocks away.

Robert's Grocery store, Walgreens and Chase Bank are very close @ about 10 blocks.
