In the established community of Coronado, only an hour from Panama City, this 4 year old Golf Tower has stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the local mountains, and the 18-hole Tom Fazio Golf Course. Many exterior walls are floor to ceiling glass allowing for these unobstructed views. This building sits on the 10th fairway at the Coronado Golf and Beach Resort and within the gates of the Blue Bay Resort.
This unit is decorated for comfort and has all the decorating pleasing to the eye! Decorated tastefully is all over this beautiful condo. The dining-room next to the living-room which flows onto the balcony with sliding doors to enjoy the view and breeze.
The kitchen has counters with granite tops and is fully-equipped with stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher. The laundry room with a washer/dryer tower and sink is located behind the kitchen. A counter with bar stools separates it from the living area. The views from the living room towards the beach and the dining room towards the ocean are just spectacular. Mountain view from the kitchen window and nice cross breezes.
The Master suite has a King-size bed and a door that opens onto the balcony. The spacious bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and an oversized shower as well as a walk-through closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser and a view.
All ceilings have fans and lights and there are air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the living-room. Also, this condo has a security box (safe) for your valuables or travelling documents.
My wife and I have just returned to the U.S after a 3 month stay at the Coronado Golf condos. It had stunning ocean, mountain and golf course views, as the building has a feel of being situated in the middle of the golf course. The building is only a couple years old, so it contains all of the modern luxury touches you would expect to find in high end construction. There is a nice social element to be considered also as we met dozens of home owners and fellow travelers from around the globe by just hanging out at the tropical resort style pool in the afternoons. But the most unexpected benefit of renting this unit came from the property manager, Martha. Her responsiveness, hospitality, energy and warmth are unsurpassed in the property management business. She went above and beyond her required duties to ensure our stay was enjoyable. As we didn't have a rental car for our first week there, she drove us to the local supermarket for us to stock up on food and beverages after checking us in the first night. Then she took us to dinner at very nice local restaurant seeing that we were really fatigued from the long flight and drive in from the city. All of our requests and inquiries were addressed promptly and with enthusiasm. We feel like we have gained a lifetime friendship with her and we look forward to our next visit to Panama, where we will certainly use her services to obtain this rental, or choose from the large selection of others that she and her company, Insidepanama manages.
You are located about 50 minutes from El Valle a popular mountain town. About 50 minutes from the Panama Canal and Panama City. This is a beach community with several small restaurants, beach walks, fish markets down the road and lots of time to meet a wonderful community of people.
