What makes this condo unique

Kamaole Beach I (Kam I)

Is a wide sand beach with great swimming that is the northernmost beach. It is often called “Charley Young Beach” named after a man during WWII who tried to build a home there.

Kam I is slightly more popular with locals and has a lifeguard present and better parking with beach access. It has the largest beach area and is not usually as crowded as the other two.

Well-equipped, Conveniently Located and Clean

Upon our arrival we entered a pristine condo with everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc) and for preparing our own meals. We loved sitting on the lanai for breakfast and being able to see the early morning surfers in the distance. Because it is an older condo complex, there is no elevator which may be a consideration since it is located on the 3rd floor. Even this had an advantage as I lost 5 lbs on our 16-day stay! This condo is very nice and what we expected for the price compared to other complexes. It is an easy walk to one of Maui's best beaches where we enjoyed long walks and beautiful sunsets. Many restaurants, shops and a grocery store are a short walk away. The bus stop is just at the corner if you do not want to rent a car. We would definitely consider this condo for a future trip! Colleen responded quickly to all our questions and provided all the information we needed for a wonderful Maui vacation. Mahalo!

Great location, clean, quiet condo.

This condo was in a good location, close to beaches and shops. It was very clean, great decor and there was every possible thing you could want for your vacation. There was a lot of beach gear, a wonderfully stocked kitchen, lots of extra linens and towels and a great TV/Blue Ray combo.There was a great pool and barbeque area. I really appreciated the furniture covers and the gift basket. Thank you for a great vacation.

Quite property, well cared for.

This was my first stay at Kalama Terrace. I will definitely be returning to this place. It was far enough away from the main road so you did not hear traffic noise and a short walking distance to the beach. The Condo was very clean and well appointed. The lanai was large and had comfortable furniture which is where I spent all my time when at the condo. From there I could check out the surfing conditions before heading to the Cove. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. You could tell that this place is loved and taken great of care of.

Nice and close to the beaches

I really enjoyed my 10 days at Colleen's. It was very clean and had all the stuff one would expect. We really appreciated the safe in the bedroom. It was one block away from Charley Young beach and a few blocks from restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the pool and barbecued when we did not feel like going to eat out. Every morning, we watched the paddlers and surfers from the lanai, sipping our coffees. Every night, we walked to the beach to watch the sunset and the turtles. It was great! I would definitely book from Colleen again.

Sweet & Tasteful Place

We very much enjoyed our stay at this ideally located Kihei rental. The place was decorated taistfuly and the kitchen and beach gear exceeded our expectations. The Terrace had a great pool,lovely gardens and we really appreciated theextensive solar power arrays that powered the entire complex. We will certainly be back.

Fantastic

Our stay at this unit was very nice. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It measures up well with other units we've stayed at in Kihei. Colleen was very helpful in answering questions we had prior to booking, and prior to our arrival in regards to area attractions and places to check out.

In order to complete your booking, the signed rental agreement must be faxed to (866) 227-9595. US residents will be requested to purchase damage insurance. An invitation will be sent. The cost is $79. Non-US Residents will be requested to post a $250 security deposit, which is refundable assuming no damage or if you cancel the reservation. Note cancellation policy: 50% of the full amount will be returned if you cancel at least thirty (30) days prior to the start date; otherwise, the full amount is non-refundable.
