This open concept second floor condo is sure to make your vacation stay comfortable and relaxed. Located near the Pine Ridge/Airport shopping district, you will be close to all retail, restaurants, theaters, and of course the beautiful sandy beaches.

There are two large king bedrooms with plenty of storage space and two full bathrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need including granite counter tops and all appliances. Use the kitchen dinette for meals or the dining room table. The desk station in the kitchen is a perfect place to dock your laptop.

The living room includes a pull out couch that can sleep two overnight guests. Watch the flat panel widescreen TV or sit out on the private, screened lanai. There is no one to bother you on the quiet lane location backing on to the Quail Run Golf & CC.

Also for your convenience is the in-unit laundry room equipped with full size washer and dryer.

The community pool and hot tub are only 100 yards away. Or use the tennis courts whenever you wish.

With its beautiful neighborhoods and grand architecture, the atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, yet relaxing and charming. Even though it is a busy and cosmopolitan city, Naples offers easy access to secluded islands and the wilderness of the Everglades.

What makes this condo unique

When we bought our condo the first thing we did was renovate it to a modern, comfortable, living space. New paint, furniture, and appliances make our stay a very enjoyable experience. We take pride in our ownership and demand everything to be in top condition.
