Beach--only a few steps across the street to beautiful White Sands Beach. Excellent for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and scuba diving.

Golf--the nearby Kona Country Club (2 miles south) offers two beautiful 18 hole courses, while the famed Mauna Kea courses are an easy drive (about 25 miles north).

Shopping--1.5 miles to nearby Keauhou Shopping Center or 4 miles north to Kona town.

Scuba Diving--world class boat diving companies in nearby Kona town. The calm, crystal clear underwater world off the Big Island's Kona Coast is known as a premier destination for snorkelers and scuba divers.

Snorkel--see colorful sea turtles, tropical fish, and the occasional eel as close as La’aloa Bay across the street or walk or drive 1 mile south to Kahalu’u Beach Park, one of the Big Island’s most popular snorkeling spots.

Surf--great beginners surfing near Kahalu’u Beach – lessons available; several advanced surfing spots along 4 mile stretch of Ali'i Drive toward Kona town.

The six days spent in your condo was a great home base to explore the Big Island. The condo was fabulous and had everything we needed. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. We really hope to come back.

Amazing location and every amenity you could dream of! Perfect launch pad for daily excursions!

We are so glad that we chose this wonderful condo #121 across from White Sands Beach! It had every amenity that we could have dreamed of… a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach toys, snorkel gear and towels, BBQ, and most importantly, the perfect sized cooler so we could pack lunches everyday for our outings. Upon our arrival, a delightful bowl of chocolates welcomed us. We were also lucky enough to have a lovely palm tree in our view from the lanai that hosted regular geckos and an active nest with wonderful bird watching….who needs TV? We also made good use of the tennis racquets (court on site) and boogie boards for Magic Sands Beach (just across the street). When daily excursions to volcanoes, Hilo, Captain Cook, Kua Bay, Waikoloa & Kona Turtle Waching were done, the pool/Jacuzzi was our refuge. The laundry unit in condo allowed us to carry on instead of check luggage (sweet savings)! We found everyone to be exceptionally friendly in the complex and look forward to coming back again. Erin made everything so effortless and thought of all the details (even beach towels) so that we could truly enjoy our stay and not have to worry about a thing. She was very communicative and thorough with responses (yes, pool is enclosed for the safety of small children). We would absolutely book this unit again without hesitation. Mahalo & Blessings Erin!

Perfect place to stay!

This condo had everything a family would need during a stay in Hawaii. Loved the location. Right on trolley line that takes you into downtown area. No need to drive.

We could watch the sunset every night and play on a beautiful sandy beach to our hearts content. Condo has everything you might need or want. It is clean and well kept. The pool and BBQ area were apreciated by all. Condo grounds are beautiful. Would highly recommend for families and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and accommodations

This is a great location near Kona Town but yet far enough away that the crowds aren't a problem. It was so nice to have a cooler and sand chairs available for use. We had everything we needed to just start enjoying our time there. The lanai was very comfortable, we had every meal we ate there on the lanai. We were concerned because the condo was one of the two buildings closer to the street but it was very quiet. Pool, BBQ area very convenient and at 10pm it was quiet. We liked the hard surface flooring in the condo, good addition. Thank you Erin for the welcome bowl of treats too.

Amenities and then some!

After a long awaited winter vacation, my wife and I chose this condo near the ocean. We arrived late on a February Saturday evening and were pleasantly greeted by a home with move in comfortable furnishings. It was like we lived here. After a short trip for some basic groceries, we were home. The washer-dryer was merely one of many conveniences we encountered in this unit during the week we stayed. The pool and barbecue facility on the property was nice and convenient. Furnished snorkeling and beach accessories made the visit even better.The weather is naturally always a treat for us coming from Minnesota but when you have a carefree place to stay, inclusive amenities describe it. Next time we choose the big island, this is the unit to rent.

Very nice condo. Fully equipped, clean, good location. Nice pool and pool area, and BBQ's/BBQ area. Appreciated the beach chairs and beach umbrella.

Just great

Erin,

John and I had a great time during our stay. You have avery nice facility. I do'nt know it would be for 4 people, but for 2 it was great. Needless to sat that is why we are returning. We did have some problem cooking a lobster, two of them, in tn the largest pot we could find. But we did manage and the lobster was deliceous. Sorry we did not ger to see you snd your husband. Next year we'll hold a bottle red for you.

Guest will receive a full refund of their paid rental costs if they cancel at least 60 days before the start of their reservation. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to the start of their reservation no refund will be issued unless the unit is re-booked.

Any unauthorized late check out will result in an additional night's charge.
