This large private home sits nestled in the Mountain Village just steps from everything needed for a perfect mountain escape. The home provides you with the perfect location for a memorable vacation This log home features two master suites and two separate living areas, which provide privacy for everyone in your group. Located on the Sundance Ski Run, the property is accessible by skiers of all abilities. This fantastic four bedroom home (plus loft with attached 1/2 bath) offers the best in mountain accommodations. The property enjoys dramatic unobstructed views of the San Juan Mountain range, great ski access, a livable floor plan and comfortable furnishings throughout.

From the minute you walk through the entry way with its stone flooring, and clean lines, you’re home. The entry level offers a great space for removing shoes and all your gear after a day exploring the mountains in any season. On this same level is a king bedroom with it’s own en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a steam shower plus private deck for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the alpen glow and expansive views.

Downstairs is a family media room with comfortable furniture and a large screen TV. Two bedrooms adjoin the common space; one has two twin beds and a queen in the other. The bedrooms share a large bathroom and laundry room, and both have French doors that lead to the outdoor hot tub and stone patio set amongst aspen trees for privacy while enjoying the stars or the views of the surrounding mountains.

On the main level of the home are the great room, open well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, another master suite with a private bathroom and jetted tub and stairs to a loft that includes a trundle bed and half bathroom. The well-stocked kitchen and dining area are open to the living room offering a wonderful space for entertaining and seating for 11. Sit by the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall or warm up after a day on the slopes. A deck off the living room and kitchen has a gas grill offering one of the most scenic spots for preparing meals. The home is open and airy, offering wonderful views of the surrounding mountains with tremendous light. The two car garage off the entryway is perfect for storing gear in addition to your vehicles.

We purchased this property after we fell in love with all that Telluride-area has to over. Our family has enjoyed many vacations to Telluride in all seasons and the home provides everything we need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay. We particularly like the privacy that the three levels of the home offers, which provides space for everyone to spread out. The lower level media room is great for families with young children or teenagers. Access to skiing is easy which allows us to come home for lunch and get into the hot tub quicker at the end of the day.

What makes this townhome unique

The views from every room of the home are wonderful. We've seen some of the best sunsets from the decks and hot tub. We've furnished the home with comfortable couches and chairs which allow guests to relax and unwind.

This home was located a block away from Sundance run. The home was beautiful, beautiful views, cozy and clean. In addition, Victoria, who was representing the home was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist our family. We look forward to staying here again...

Beautiful mountain home in a great location

A beautifully designed mountain home in a great location. The seperate living areas allow kods to be entertained whilst parents enjoy some quiet. Ski down to the step access to sundance is easy. Advanced riders can ski back to the front door at the end pf the day via the cortina villas ski way. Victoria from the management company always answered emails promptly and was gracious in providing advice on transport options, dining etc. The hot tub was used daily and the vistas are truly breathtaking. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we are counting the days until our next stay at 126 lodges lane!

Great cabin. Great location. And Amazing Views!!!!

And the home was even nicer than it appears in the photos.

The rental management company was extremely friendly and accommodating.
