Relax at this beautiful, marshfront home on Beautiful Private Fripp Island. From The house you can walk across the street to the private quiet community pool(no amenity card needed) and playground, or take a short Golf Cart ride to the beach,island playgrounds, marina. Behind our house is a fabulous marsh pier where you can walk, bike, fish or crab, the pier goes across the marsh and connects to Tarpon Blvd. right next to the fire station , a short walk to the Beach Club.

Or just sit and relax in privacy on the Deck or screened porch and enjoy the serenity of the marsh views, and sounds of nature. The house features three bedrooms, one with a twin bed and twin over double bunk bed.There is a queen bed in the room next to it. A bathroom is in the hall between the 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a private bath and huge windows with beautiful marsh views. Linens and bath towels are provided. There is cable TV in every bedroom and great room to help the kids and adults unwind after a busy day of exploring. The large great room features a fireplace ,vaulted ceilings and a dining area. The kitchen is fully-equipped (dishes,pots,pans, utensils, coffee pot, blender) plus full sized washer/dryer in adjacent laundry room . The house is easy walking,biking distance over the marsh pier to the beach. The marsh view are spectacular. The Pier is also great for bird watching.

1 GOLF CART (4 SEATER ) is included in Weekly rentals.

(Must be an adult licensed and insured driver to drive golf cart). ( No teenage Drivers)

AMENITY CARDS - Amenity cards are only needed to access the club benefits on the island (such as the pools, golf course and restaurants). You do NOT need an amenity card to access the beaches and our neighborhood pool. Should you wish to purchase cards, during the summer season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), each card is $50 for a 7 day pass and $35 for a 4 day pass. During the off season, the passes are $35 for a 7 day pass and $25 for a 4 day pass. Only those 13 years and older need an amenity card. If you are unsure if you will need amenity cards, we would be glad to talk you through the process before you commit to purchasing them.They will need to be paid for and ordered prior to your stay.

Fripp Island is three and a half miles of pristine beach bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Tropical temperatures in the summer and moderate temperatures in the winter.

Fripp Island is a beautiful gated resort and nature preserve. Close by is Hunting Island, also a nature preserve with more activities for the kids, beaches, and a lighthouse.***( Hunting island is currently closed due to hurricane damage)*** Historic Beaufort is 17 miles away and also has extensive dining, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing.

Great experience! The house was much larger than we had originally thought from looking at the pictures. Loved the neighborhood and location. We would definitely love to stay in the house again!

Peaceful and serene!

We just returned from a wonderful week at this property. It was a very relaxing vacation. The house had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and well maintained. It is large enough for a family, and the location was perfect for our tastes. It sits on a beautiful marsh. Wildlife is everywhere to observe. The deer come right up to the porch; birds are in abundance. The house has a large living room, two full baths, well equipped kitchen, laundry room, and three large bedrooms. The back porch is where we lived. It is screened in and has the best views ever. We used the included golf cart to go to the beach; there are several access points. We also used it anytime we were out on the island, exploring and looking for turtle nests. The community pool is right across the street. We were thrilled we could bring our small dog, and he too loved it there. We are returning to this property! Thanks Marnie for being such a great owner. You were so easy to work with, especially since we had to reschedule due to Hurricane Matthew!

Perfect location

This property was very convenient to reach the beach access near the clubhouse. Paths are perfect for bike riding. It is is a quite location on the marsh, away from hustle and bustle. Screened porch kept the bugs away nicely.

Beds were comfy, plenty of bath towels and linens. Bathrooms were clean, but bring toilet paper for your stay, there wasn't any past the first use. Don't forget you will need to bring paper towels, napkins, hand soaps, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap as well.

Overall, the home was efficient and a good value for the price. If you are accustomed to luxury homes & high end to finishes, you may want a more modern rental. This place is adequate, but pretty "basic".

Wonderful home on Fripp Island!

We were a party of 6 adults and 1 dog... This home was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the community pool directly across the street. It is a hike to the beach, but the golf cart made that better. If you're a party larger than 4... you might want to consider renting an additional golf cart. Wonderful stay! Thanks for all of your help Marnie!

Terrific Location & Comfortable House

Our family enjoyed 4 days on Fripp Island for a wedding. The location of the house is fantastic, and the react that it's let friendly is a huge bonus -- my dad was over the moon about bringing his elderly small dog. The views of the marsh are great and the porches are secluded to where you do not feel like you're on top of your neighbor. We enjoyed several nights on the back porch grilling and playing dominos -- even during a heck of a thunderstorm, which was really awesome to watch!

The acesss to the golf cart was much appreciated as we had other family on the island and having quick transportation to their houses was great. We did have breaker issues because of the storm with the cart on the first day, but thankfully we have handy men in the family who figured it out and got us up and going in no time.

A few things to note: you have to bring your own paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, and cleaning products (hand soap, dishwashing liquid, detergent). That wasn't a huge deal, but make sure you get these items in Beaufort because if you buy them near the island they are very expensive. Additionally, between certain months there is no trash collection so you must haul out everything you bring in. Make sure you're driving a car that you don't mind putting trash into.

Overall, the house is great and I would most definitely rent it again and suggest it to friends and family.

beauitful place to stay deer came right to back porch

we stayed there for my grandaughter getting out of boot camp of the marines on parris island . we had a wonderful time it was very quiet and peaceful loved all the deer they were every where .the house was big enough for all of us .we cooked out on grill two nights the golf cart was great we went all over with it .found some great shell on the beach the lady who owns the house was very helpful ever when we call late when we got there would love to go back and stay longer thanks for everything ms. Marnie
