3 month minimum in season (Jan, Feb March) Spend time with Family and Friends in the Casita after a day at the beach or enjoying the City of Naples. Casita has a screened back patio and a nicely landscaped private yard. Feel free to take the 2 bicycles provided for a morning ride around the community, to the grocery store, or to one of the many restaurants located within just half a mile from the house.
You will be in the heart of Naples close to some of the best amenities, shopping and dining experiences. This centrally located home just east of US 41 and south of Neapolitan Way, puts you close to many public beach access points yet just a few minutes drive to Old Naples.
Freshly painted, furnished and decorated, the home is very clean. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with en suite Bath, glass shower door and double sinks. The master closet is huge, you will not have a problem finding space for all of your things. The Guest Bedroom has a Twin over twin bunk Bed and the 3rd bedroom/den has a Queen size Murphy Bed. There is a hall bathroom with tub and shower for the two extra bedrooms to share.
The Family Room, Master Bedroom and bunk bed room all have flat screen TVs with Cable. The house has high speed internet and a security system.
We also have a two car garage which you will have full access to.
The 'pool' is located about 2 miles west of the house in what we call the beautiful 'Gulf of Mexico.'
My husband and I purchased Casita in the summer of 2013. We own and manage Casita ourselves. We have been Naples Residents since 2003 and live in the area, so we are close by if you need anything.

Our family lives within a mile of Casita so we are close by for any questions or help that you need during your stay. We have lived in this area for 4 years and think the location is just perfect. The cost of homes here is lower than if you ventured just west of US41 so we can pass along significant savings to our guests.
There is so much to do here.
You can drive or bike to the beach, Venetian Village, Waterside Shops, Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, tennis, etc. If you want to go to Olde Naples or Mercato, it's just a quick car ride - 5-10 minutes. We are really close to the Zoo, the Coastland Center Mall and the SWFL Conservancy.
Many residents in the area go for morning and afternoon walks. Take a trolley to the beach at Clam Pass and enjoy the Waldorf Astoria beach front restaurant for lunch on the deck or beach.
We stayed at the casita while waiting for our Naples home to be completed.we found it to be very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It was just a few minutes to the beach, great shopping and terrific restaurants. In fact my new home is not as well situated and I miss the casita location. The open floor plan worked well for us as well as the 2 car garage. The owners were very easy to work with and were on top of everything.

Casita is on a quiet side street in the heart of Naples. We are on the side of US 41, across from the Park Shore neighborhood. We are less than 2 miles to various beaches (with ample parking). We have 2 bikes at the house so you can bike there, to restaurants, or around town. You can walk to the nearest grocery store (Publix is .4 miles) and to restaurants or drive downtown to Olde Naples or the Mercato area in under 10 minutes. There is a water park (Sun N Fun Lagoon) and a Children's Museum (C'MON), a zoo (Caribbean Gardens) and the Naples Botanical Gardens all within 10-15 minutes from our house. More beaches, boating and fishing is available in Marco Island - about 25 minutes and the great shopping Outlets in Estero are only about 30 minutes away.

The rate is $4000 per month, plus taxes of 10% (which go right to Collier County, FL!). there is also a 150$ departure cleaning fee and if you have a pet, there is a 200$ one time pet fee. If the rental is for more than 30 days, we charge a monthly cleaning fee of 150$ per month.
To reserve the property, we charge 1 month rent (4000$) and the balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
