This Saddlewood Duplex is an ideal location any time of the year! This three bedroom, three full bathroom duplex has a true ski in/ski out location and is approximately one mile from Main Street. It is an easy walk in to town or catch the free shuttle only a few hundred yards down the ski trail. In the winter the back door is a ski trail. In the summer the back door is a beautiful hiking trail. Winter and summer location's do not get much better than this.

This true Ski in/Ski Out duplex provides a very functional layout, with large kitchen, great room,dining room, one bedroom and one full bathroom all on the main level. The Kitchen is fully equipped for every gourmet meal. A large HDTV, Blue Ray Player, iPod docking station, WiFi, and blazing fireplace adorn the main floor as well.

The Master bedroom makes up the upper level of the Duplex and has a queen bed and large en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a jetted jacuzzi tub and glass shower and double sinks. There is also a small office area on the upper floor just in case you need to take care of business while you are away.

One flight of stairs down from the upper level is a small loft area with a twin sofa sleeper for those extra kids or singles in your group.

The lower of this true ski in/ski out duplex offers a second living area with HDTV with DVD player and a queen sized sofa sleeper. This level also features a bedroom with 4 twin beds, a full bathroom, full size washer and dryer and the one car heated garage access.

This property is sure to please and provide the perfect base camp for that memorable Breckenridge vacation.

Walk around the house to Ski in Ski out!

This condo was in a great location and perfect for 2 Families with kids. The heated garage was a perfect place to don our ski gear and then you have to walk out the garage along the side of the house to reach a narrow ski trail behind the condo. You need to ski this trail for a short distance down to Snowflake lift. You can also purchase lift tickets a few steps down from the lift. The condo has a fireplace which was a nice addition but a hot tub would have been nice. Many of our neighbors had them! The condo was fine, could use a little updating and better bedding i.e. Pillows and blankets in the rooms the kids used. The beds in the Main bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped fairly well. We did need to call to get grilling equipment and the grill was not cleaned well. Overall not bad!

Great Location

Clean, comfortable, modern amenities, great location for everything. Ski in and out access, easy walk 1/2 mile to town. Very well stocked kitchen and also has gas grill on deck. Plenty of room for everyone to relax!!

Unfortunately, no hottub outdoors-- I say that because you'll be a bit jealous of all the neighbors as every unit has one except this one. If you can do without, this is a great unit!!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was in great condition and clean. It had everything we needed in the way of appliances. The beds were great to sleep in after a long day skiing.

Great vacation ski trip. Cozy. Homey. Comfortable. Convenient.

This was a great rental for families or groups. Fully stocked kitchen with pans and pots to make a great meal for the family or group. Comfortable beds for 9 people not including the pull out sofas. Plenty of sheets and blankets to keep you warm. Heated floors were very welcoming when waking up. Heated garage was very convenient to dry out snow gear. Views from the patio were amazing. Very close proximity to multiple ski rental shops. Lift ticket window at the bottom of the snowflake run with the snowflake lift about 50 yards from the back patio.

Amazing views and A True Ski In and Ski Out

We have been visiting Breckenridge for years and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. The highlight are the amazing views of the Gore Range, Peaks 7-9. Not only does the patio have amazing views, all of room do too!

Also, very quiet surroundings and the pathway along back of the property takes you right down to Four O'Clock road.

We stayed in the Summer and we want to come back in the Winter to stay here. This place is a true ski in and ski out location with the ski path right out the back door and a few hundred feet to the lift down the hill. No carrying skis anywhere! Also, nice bonus for the winter is parking in the heated garage and there is extra parking on the private road in front of the property.

All in all a very comfortable and clean place and is very well maintained by the owners.
